Called On a Friday to request firewood to be delivered. I was told it would be delivered the following week and the guy collected my information. A week passed. No firewood - no call. So I called the following Monday. Guy said they probably lost the note and took my information again and said they would deliver it that same week. Nothing again. I called again and the person who answered said they didn’t have any firewood and wouldn’t for at least a month. So what do I believe? Wait another month and be treated the same. Hell no. I told them to cancel the order. Lady said “no problem”. No offer to resolve.Businesses that treat people like this do so often times when business is good. One day these people will be hungry and when that happens I and others will remember how we were treated and will not use them. Too many quality businesses around to settle for this.

I was searching for firewood on FB marketplace and I come across a listing for self service firewood pickup, so I click on the link. To my surprise, the listing is from Leon Foree and I quickly realize he and I went to high school together. Long story short, it was the easiest and most convenient firewood pickup Ive ever done. Drop money in a box and take the firewood. No waiting. Good cuts of quality wood. Based on other reviews Leon is running a top notch tree service company and I will be recommending him from now on to anyone looking for tree services or firewood. Thanks Leon!

How much more can you ask for than to call Leon the day after a storm, find out he’s in the next neighborhood over, and see him roll up in an hour to remove your branches before going home from a 10hour day???? I love these guys! They are professional, affordable and extremely thorough and neat as a pin- you don’t even know a tree was removed after they leave.

This Place advertises firewood for sale. Last year we called about four times and never received an answer. We bought firewood elsewhere. This year we called them again because their prices were comparable to others. My husband has left four messages and they have never returned his calls. So I guess they have old business I don’t want any new business. My question is why would they even have a website? This is. Really bad service to advertise and then not respond to anyone who calls. I would not use them

I called to get 13” long wood for my small fireplace. Deon said he would have it within the week..$95. Great! NO CALL. I call back he said yes in a week..NO CALL..DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL..all he had to say was no. ☹️

Those guys are the best!! They are experienced. And very knowledgeable about the trees and helped me understand what could stay and what needed to go . I shopped around Louisville for other company prices and them guys at foree tree service was the friendliest and best price around. And done the job quick to might I add. Called on a Monday for two ricks and had it delivered by 11 am the following morning on Tuesday. Showed up a little earlier and did a great job stacking the wood. Very pleased with the quality of the wood and the service. Will definitely call again once the stack starts getting low again. Thanks guys for a great transaction!

Ordered firewood from them online. Showed up within a few hours with the firewood and unloaded it onto my back porch for me. Highly recommend.

Ordered firewood supposably seasoned, but unfortunately we got small logs, short pieces and majority of it had been freshly cut not seasoned asst all, not complaining about the cost although did not deliver when said, and did not call, had to call them. Just really disappointed in the quality, was not what was advertised.

I knew Leon Foree’s father when he was responsible for taking care of the the old trees at the Peterson-Dumesnil House in Crescent Hill a decade ago and have had ONLY Leon Foree Jr come to take care of trees at my house, my mother’s house and at my apartment building. I would not call anyone else. He has come on a Sunday when a tree fell on my car, and is super responsive even when it’s not an emergency. His staff is respectful and his prices are reasonable.

Trimmed a large tree for me. Excellent work on the tree and, other than that, can hardly tell they were there. Great job cleaning up.Leons price was very fair.....less than half of other estimates I had gotten.

They removed several large limbs that had fallen onto the garage. They did a super job, responded quickly and even cleaned up all the fallen branches in the yard. Will definitely use them again.

I have used Foree Tree Services on 3 properties. The owner Leon is very professional and his crew is highly skilled for tree work. They have the equipment to do this kind of work and can adapt to various conditions to do it. They showed up on schedule, did the work and cleaned up debris created in performing the task for that day. I would recommend them and plan to use them again. Quotes for their work were reasonable.

I called and spoke with Leon about picking up a quarter rick. It was very last minute planning on my part but Leon made himself available immediately, was super friendly and offered us an extremely fair price. The other positive reviews must be friends or employees. I originally called to request delivery of firewood on 11/23/2016. I left a voice mail and someone called me back to schedule. We set up delivery for 12/1/2016, over a week later. On Monday, 11/28/2016 I called to request changing delivery to 12/2/2016. Again, left a voice mail and someone called me back later that day to confirm. Given the delayed return calls, I should have known at this point. With my new delivery confirmed, we made preparations on our end to receive the wood. I was told that we would be the first stop of the morning. I made sure I was off work to meet and help if need be.8AM - waiting9AM - still waiting9:30AM - call to inquire and was told they could not locate the delivery driver...wow...not my problem, but it became my problem.10:30AM - had to go to another pre-scheduled meeting - fortunately those people respect other peoples time and they were at the meeting11:30AM - returned home and decided to wait. Still no update on driver, ETA, or anything. No call, voice mail, smoke signal...nothingAround 2:00PM I call again. Voice mail...not surprising. I left a voice mail and requested that someone, ANYONE, call me to give me an update. Nothing. I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM ANYONE. NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP. TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION THAT TURNED INTO NON-EXISTENT COMMUNICATION. AND ABOVE ALL I HAD TO TAKE A PERSONAL DAY AT WORK BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE DONT RESPECT OTHER PEOPLES TIME AND THEY OBVIOUSLY DONT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS. IF THEY DIDNT WANT MY BUSINESS, THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT UP FRONT. MY GUESS IS THEIR PRODUCT IS MUCH LIKE THEIR SERVICE SO IM BETTER FOR IT. THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER OPTIONS OUT THERE FOR FIREWOOD AND TREE SERVICE. MY DETAILED RANT FOR THE DAY THAT I HOPE SOMEONE BENEFITS FROM. I CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY AND HAD FIREWOOD THE NEXT DAY. I couldnt be more pleased with the job that was done, the price and the professionalism of the crew. The limbs that were removed were the size of large trees, when the crew left I could not tell they had been there everything was cleaned up and carried off.

Ordered wood for a Saturday delivery. Paid for it in advance. Saturday received no firewood and no phone call. Called and emailed on Sunday. They just refunded the money without a call or anything.
