She does great work, very friendly and fast turnarounds (unless shes swamped around wedding and graduation seasons). Prices are reasonable for the quality work she does.

Carolinas has done excellent work for me for many years now. They have replaced the zippers on several jackets, and recently hemmed up a couple of my favorite concert tee shirts that were unraveling. Their prices are very reasonable and the turnaround time is pretty quick. Cant recommend them enough!

I had a very last minute interview to go to and had to have a suit altered to look good for it.They took time to get my suit in on a Saturday Afternoon, DIDNA GREAT JOB and got it done same day so I could take it with me on my trip the next day.Thank you so much!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Carolinas. Marta runs the show with her daughter, Bonnie, and tailor, Vincent. They are very pleasant, kind people who truly know their craft. I am very meticulous with suits and all my other clothes (none of which I can wear off the rack), and have not once been anything less than completely satisfied with their work.

Ive been using Carolinas Alterations for a number of years now. After I was treated so well at my last visit I thought it was time I leave a review. Over the years Ive mostly had them hem my pants. I had them put a pocket into a jean jacket that Id gotten. I think thats it. Just recently I got some jeans hemmed. I had the idea in my head that I wanted them hemmed kind of high on my ankle which is a fashion trend that I see more and more these days. They hemmed them as Id asked. But when I got them home afterwards I just wasnt comfortable with it. I took them back and asked what could be done. They agreed to give me as much length as was possible. AND they didnt charge me, which I hadnt asked for and wouldnt have expected considering it was totally my mistake. Very kind of them. Thanks Guys.

Said they could not alter our wedding dress when the wedding is 11 days away. Understandable, but not sure why they waited this long to tell us today since we have been planning for them to do this alteration for over a month now. When I questioned this they hung up the phone me. I highly recommend any other place.

I bring things to Carolinas fairly regularly and they are professional, kind and prompt. I always am satisfied with my repairs there and they are always done on time. I have had them shorten curtains, fix belt loops on pants, mend buttons on coats, etc.

I was desperately in need of same-day alterations for a few suits of mine and the staff at Carolina’s Alterations were very accommodating and friendly. I was incredibly pleased with how the suits came out and it was also at an affordable price.

As a CNA who lives on a right budget and is very very short. I just turned in my third set of 8 or 9 scrub pantry be altered. They do wonderful work and very reasonable on price.

I brought in 2 jackets with zipper problems. I said I wanted the plastic zipper replaced with metal one on the one jacket, and on the other I wanted a new metal zipper pull. When I went to p/u, they couldnt find my jackets for about 15 minutes (had to call the lady that checked me in), then they bring them out and nothing that I had asked for was done. They just put a zipper pull on the jacket that I wanted the whole zipper replaced, and did nothing to the other jacket. They had a contact phone number and didnt bother to call me to say that they couldnt do a pull on it, they would have to replace the whole zipper. Instead they did nothing and I found out when I picked my items up. Will not return to this place.
