Really good customer service. Went a Friday after midnight and was able to use their WU service and free money orders.Really a life saver. They offer Spanish interpreter as well.

They are open 24/7 so even if you are in a bind during the holidays or weekend they will be there to help you out with your financial needs. The clerk named Morales is the nicest lady I have ever met and you can tell she enjoys her job. I have never had a bad customer p service issue there especially when she is helping out. She needs a promotion!

Julia who works at this location is and was so helpful nice and has a amazing personality always with a smile and ready and willing to help. She made my experience with the company amazing and I really appreciate her.. definitely 5 stars all because of her!!!!

Any time I come to this location they are always nice and helpful. It’s my favorite place for check cashing and money orders! I’ve even considered putting in an application because the work environment seems great! And if you are in an entanglement with the DM you seem to be able to get your way with everything and move up positions pretty quick!

I had written a check to someone who had done work fir me at my home. PLS employee, Gary Anand called me to verify the authenticity of my check!! I fully trust the person who did work for me but you never know. Any proper business would have called. Good job!! We all have to take care of one another!!

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST CHECK sashing facility in Louisville Ky . i arrived at 930 pm and was told by a very rude youn ADy that she dont cash checks after 10pm .however ut wasnt 10 pm it 940 om but she refused . this was mY second trip to this store from southern Indiana to be told basically she didnt want to mess WITH doing her job . which there were no other customers in the store. She was sitting there with her hands under her chin propping up her head as if she were bored but still wouldnt help me.; I just think the owners of this store should be aware that she cost them a nice commission or fees my check for 3750 from the Federal government. i have run many business and believe in customer derive which you do not provide there.this girl clearly never has heard of mystery shoppers or she would bit have been so rude. she has an attitude that leaves A BAD TASTE IN YOUR MOUTH FOR THIS STORE. IF YOU NWANT SERVICE PASS UP THIS STORE....

The manager in there is one of the worst managers that ive ever encounter at any Business that I’ve frequented. Ive NEVER went in there and had a pleasant experience whether it’s concerned hospitality or convenience, ect. I’ve went in there multiple times and he knows my face AND i always have the same check. He does it either on purpose or out of spite for no other reason than you inconvenience him from sitting on his Backside. Someone needs to reevaluate his employment in my opinion. Respectfully

Was in there Sunday afternoon 10/18/20 to add money to my card and was asked if I was looking for a job because I was writing the website down and she told me to come back and let y’all know when I finished assessment haven’t had a chance to go back in but I did finish applying and I did finish the assessment on Monday. ❤️

2 stars. Here every week to cash my check because its 24 hours so thats good. The big problem I have is that there is always a line yet they have 12 register windows. The most I have ever seen open was 3 and that was only once. Then they will do a shift change and make everyone wait until they are done. They need a minimum of four people working at all times. 2 is not enough

I already gave them my Drivers License which has a picture for them to verify who I am.There is no reason for them to take a picture of me so, I lefr and will never do business with them.Be very careful if they ask to take a picture. Neither Kroger or Walgreens needs to take a picture. Something odd about needing a to take a picture.Walk away from this company

This place has false advertisement. It says 24/7 for your convenience . It’s a total lie! I️ have been there 4 separate times and they couldn’t cash my check because they didn’t have a manager . How are u 24/7 if u can’t cash checks 24/7 and btw the check l needed to cash was a money order from PLS. They can’t even cash their own money orders 24/7, so please don’t try to cash a check there it’s a waste of time and gas money

The PLS check cashing store on the corner of bardstown road has made my day, especially after how the day began. They helped me get my money back, made me smile and laugh. Hands down the best one in Louisville Kentucky.
