Pat is amazing, great personality and conversation while waiting for check verification.

Had me waiting almost an hour for service because they was still working on one person. Left with no service.

I stopped by my neighborhood check into cash to purchas and load a prepaid card after finding my loved one had been incarcerated. Pat was extremely rude and even made a statement about me not having the correct amount of money and having to go back out to my car. I might have believed that Pat was just having an off day had she not been very pleasant and expeditious with the Caucasian male in front of me.

I would recommend coming here to anyone. The lady who did my loan was professional and personable . She made the experience fast and easy.

I’ve had a very good experience with this company. The staff is friendly, and helpful. They get you in and out quickly. I also like the friendly reminders of when payment is due without being harassed. They know me by name, and greet me every time.

Very nice ladies inside. Easy to talk to and they explain everything to where its understandable. Quick as long as you have the required documents. You DO need a check from your checking account here definitely recommend this place for some quick cash no more than $500 though.

Rude Wrinkle lady with to much make up on that caked into her wrinkles was unnecessarily rude today on 2/13/2021. She didnt greet me, her face was twisted with meanness and she threwmy license. I only needed to cash a check today, my bank was closed. Ho, I didnt need a loan.

The staff is super friendly and explain everything in detail to you. If you have issues all you have to do is call and they work with you without harrassing you. I would definitely recommend this location if you ever need it!

The Taylorsville Rd. location is amazing!!! I used them a year or two ago and had to use them again and they remembered my name. Nothing like going into a place of business and be known personally. Pat is exceptional and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for service.

How can you deal in loans but not give any information about loan interest rates over the phone? For that fact alone I will not even be going in store. This is such a shady buisness practice. I called another loan agency as soon as I hungup and they immediately gave me all the details on their loan interest rates and pay back of the loan. Thats how a money lending buisness works. Everything about a loan is disclosed prior to receiving the loan so adequate decisions are made.
