I have used several different paycheck systems and this by far is the most user friendly. I use the website and the mobile app and both are great. Service is excellent and I never have issues. They have a complete package of helpful information and ease of use.

Awful service that does not let employees reset passwords on their own without administrative assistance. Paycor will email you a temporary password but these do not work.

As I write this review, I have been sitting on hold for customer service for 37:38 minutes. The customer service is AWFUL!!!! Every time I call for support, you have to sit on hold for over 30 minutes. If I would have know that the customer support was so bad when we decided on Paycor for our payroll processor, I would not have gone with them. The installation process was not as bad as there was one person who was the project manager and I could contact them immediately. Now, every time I need a question answered, I call and get put in a que and I get someone different every time. I wish there would be one person who I could contact with system questions. I am still sitting. They just answered and accidently hung up on me after 42.45 minutes of waiting. DO NOT USE PAYCOR FOR YOUR PAYROLL PROVIDER

Communication within the company does not exist what so ever. everyone have access to the same email address and no one respond to the email and/or when they receive the email do not follow up to make sure the email they received is actually been taking care of.Due to their lack of communication we canceled our service with them. 3 different people asked bunch of questions on how and why we were leaving their company. Again no one processed the closing of our account. 4 month later our account got 2 different charges for account not being closed, when we proved to them that we replied to all their emails, and the accounts should of been canceled 4 month ago, they canceled our account and they never refunded our money! Called them twice and each time they come up with different excuses and blame the management!Bunch of thieves work in this company..... (I hope this review goes all the way up to Bob Coughlin and Stacey Browning)IF I COULD GIVE LESSER THAN 1 STAR I WOULD.

Paycor shorts every employee a minute on each check. Doesnt seem like much but it adds up
