Very honest, patient and usually does things right the first time

I filed my taxes with that office. Sam is patient and cooperative.

There is incompetent and then there is Asamoah and associates CPA incompetent… Sam made a mistake on two state returns that totaled nearly $3300. When I asked him to explain to me how could he make a $3300 mistake on two tax returns all I got was a bunch of accounting jargon laced bloviations. Absolutely no accountability, zero. Blamed it on his computer software that he uses to do taxes. Complained to me that my taxes were the most complicated taxes he had ever done in 25 years. All I can say is that I lost $3300 in returns plus it cost me $800 in “service fee”. My advice to the public: Think twice.
