I would highly recommend the use of Bath Fitter of Louisville. It was professional service from start to finish. Ease of working, Professional, Clean, Quality, Honesty and Integrity = Bath Fitter. Brad was the installer on my new shower and was one of the hardest working installers. He had to remove an old jetted tub and did it fantastically. The finished product is GORGEOUS! Thank you for a job well done and a pleasure doing business with such a class act company.

This was a terrible experience. Came to add a new tub and brought the wrong tub and walls. Stuck with a tub I did not want. But the manager did drive to Tennessee get the walls I ordered. Not very happy will not use again. I didnt even get a call to apologize for all the mix up. Also 3 days later and the soap dish is starting to come off the wall. Seems strange when I designed your own bath and what the sale man that came out are different. Not happy at all

Tony (sales) and Kevin (installer) are both experts at their jobs. Tony worked up a plan for us and Kevin did a quality, professional installation; excellent work with attention to detail.

The experience is different than the sales pitch, have not anything to compare to so dont know if this is standard or we settled for work done. This job was for my father a disabled veteran. He is happy with it other than the fold up seat doesnt stay up well. Other issues Ive noticed, sliding doors are not square but that is because of the house not square either way this wasnt adjusted to be square and shut completely. they sold us on the idea any bad wood would be replaced, it wasnt they used screws till they caught something even though the installer said the wood in some peices were shot or bad but didnt replaced any of it this isnt a sturdy plan imo not what sales stated. They said the floor pan is solid no give, this is not the case it is a framing system attached under pan with soft spots.unlike other companies who have a solid no void padded floor pan.The floor doesnt run fast to drain like it doesnt have enough fall across pan to the drain. The grab bar is really low imo again but its there not as functional as it could be. But he has called them to ask that the seat be redone so we will see as this goes forward. The billing department called few weeks ago demanding payment when the final invoice hadnt even been presented. No warranty card as the salesperson suggested it would. Im not impressed but my father happy he can get a shower. I dont want to ruin his experience in his few remaining years. He has had enough let downs so I dont tell him how shoddy I believe the work to be. But I will tell you. Plumber doesnt go under house they make drain fittings from the space above so no one knows how if they made a good connection or not? Seemed odd when they were done they said it was because the crawl space was wet., really? Well hey we are talking about work for a 100% disabled veteran who is living above a wet crawlspace with who knows what other issues and you cant take the time to give peice of mind? Hes missing a lower leg and had 4 heart surgeries on dialysis 3 times a week. Come on people. Anyway I didnt mean to go into all that but I did. Just feel let down for him.Its a walk in shower, it works . It could be better. Imo.

Brad installed a new bathtub unit for us. It looks great & you can tell that he cares about his work.

Would not use this company again. I had to quickly chose a company to replace my bath fitter as the previous was leaking. Within a few months the towel rod attached to the fitter fell off. Also, when they installed it, they tore a hole in my ceiling to get to the bathtub from underneath. The tech did bit inform me that they ripped a 1 ft hole in my ceiling and did not repair it. The hole was inside my furnace closet so I didn’t immediately notice it. I would not use this company again.

Had new shower and tub installed years ago. Called for caulking of shower .called and made appointment. Workers never showed up and didn’t call . I called store the next am and told the repair person was “suppose” to call and report why they didn’t show up. Made another appointment for the following week. NO one showed up again. Called again the following morning and told they should have called. Told the ADL Bryan Watkins would be in the store the following day and would call me. Two days later and no one has called. I don’t usually get angry but what in the H—- do I need to do to get service from this company.

Worst experience ever. Cancelled install repeatedly, installer reeked of cigarette smoke, product failed within six months and caused damages to the floor and ceiling. We had to remove the insert, throw it away and replace it with a new tub at our own expense. I would never use them or recommend them to anyone. Amy

Kevin Leary, installer, spent two full days with the remodel in our master bathroom, taking the bathtub out and replacing it with a totally walk in shower. He does excellent work and enjoys the job. He was very diligent and his craftsmanship was superb. We are very pleased with Bath Fitter and the work done for us.

Cant possibly go wrong with this company. They stand by their product better than any other company in the industry. Service, product quality and efficiency makes it worth every penny. Knowing that even 10 - 20 years from now if ANYTHING were to go wrong this company will stand behind their warranty 100%. This company started and is still the leader in the industry. Couldnt be more proud to have their product. Would recommend this company to anyone looking to improve the look and quality of their bath area.

I called for an estimate, they came out, signed paper work and scheduled the install. Bath Fitters canceled the install, which was frustrating to say the least; however, I eventually got a call from the manager and they took money off. Cool- onto the next install date and bath fitters canceled my appointment again. I left a message for the manager to schedule a Saturday install and have yet to hear back from them. Its been well over a month.

I love my tub to shower conversion but where my disappointment begins is with the after installation service. They do not return calls and poor Debbie gets the bulk of the calls. When I first needed service after installation, I called on May 12 and finally got the work completed on May 30th after three attempts and one no-show. I am again experiencing the same problem with the shower on the opposite wall and I called Oct 29 and was told someone would return a call within 24 hours and today is Nov 3rd and I have not heard a word. Today no one is available to take my call and to leave a message which I wont do because so far they dont return call.GREAT PRODUCT POOR SERVICE

I have had Bathfitter for about 13 years and from the installed to now and have and still love my bathroom. I just called for a service run to fix a silicone issue and problem resolved by Jay who definitely fixed the problem and was very attentive to my issue. I would recomnend Bathfitter to everyone who needs a remodel job. Its easy to ckean and stays shinny. Judy Crask.
