Tim is a very easy man to talk to and will “tell you how it is.”I had a difficult time gaining custody of my dog when a relationship ended. That is when I sought legal advice and help from Tim. This man is a huge advocate and dog lover, so I knew he would be the best guy to take on my case.He was accommodating and persistent. He communicated well with the judge, opposing counsel, and myself. He took the time to explain to me what to prepare for and gave me straightforward advice that allowed me to see the real picture. One of the best attorneys in Kentucky and I highly recommend him. He is the attorney who lawyers and judges call. When he was asked to work on a case for a lawyer regarding a bar issue, he not only got great results but he exceeded the expectation of the lawyer.

I rarely get onto these reviews but Tim and his assistant/paralegal were so fabulous I had to acknowledge them. I started my divorce down the self help divorce packet path in 2012. My ex partner was not cooperative and even after hiring a lawyer 2 years ago I was still unable to get the divorce finalized. Fast forward to a month ago when contacting Tim Dennison’s office........I meet with his staff Martha who was extremely understanding and kind, and within 5 business days I was personally getting a call telling me my divorce was final:) I highly recommend this law firm!

Mr Dennison is a very experienced professional attorney, I have dealt with attorneys in my career and have had to retain personally. He definitely stands out as honest upfront and very knowledgeable. He is easy to talk to and does everything to make you feel comfortable with his representation he is my attorney and I will always recommend him to anyone that needs an attorney. I was getting ready to be in the middle of my SECOND Mediation over Child Custody and knew I needed a good lawyer.A DAM good one. Someone to fight for me and provide a steady hand while I tread into the Legal waters over the most beloved,cherished thing Ill ever have in my life; my daughter. Since this was my second go round not just any Attorney would do, so I set out on a fact finding mission to hire the best person to accommodate my daughter,me, and our rights. Well, after due diligence I called and met Mr Tim Denison. I immediately liked his style and approach. The process to get this (Mediation) arranged was, at times trying, to say the least and Tim was there every step of the way giving advice and guiding me both personally AND professionally. Every phone call or email I sent to him was answered in a timely fashion. He was patient and understanding and I needed that in my Lawyer because, admittedly, Im not the easiest person to deal with and these were trying times! He wasnt deterred by the opposing side and was able to get me the results I wanted.There are several Attorneys in this particular area of Law, but if you want an Attorney that will pay your case the attention it deserves and provide excellent Client service, I highly recommend hiring Mr. Denison as his years of experience paid off for me and Im betting they would for others as well.Thanks Tim, I appreciate your dedication!

I was referred Tim and Martha by my family lawyer Christy who is going through a family emergency.I waited months for Martha to pick up my case file due to court being closed (which i completely understand) just to be told Tim was not interested in representing me. Luckily, Martha told me Tim wasnt interested BUT she was willing to help. Just to be told a week later, she doesnt have time for me.I had to email Martha once a week just to get an update regarding the case files. I had to constantly follow up to be sure she received documents SHE requested from me. Its been two and a half months that I was given the run around for such a simple request, when I could have taken my business elsewhere. Im very disappointed at how unprofessional this law firm was with me. Terrible communication. Next time; if youre not interested in representing someone, just tell them that up front so you dont waste their time.
