On a wheeling trip and traveling from KC to West Virginia and an ABS issue popped up on my Jeep. I called them from the road and asked them if they could squeeze me in for a quick fix. They took care of me in under an hour. AWESOME SHOP! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Nice people, quality soft top and good service. Called in and paid for my new soft top and they had it delivered to their shop the next day. They offer installation as well (a bit pricey), so I did it myself and had no issues.

Had bilstein 6112 and 5160 and add a leaf installed on my 2021 Toyota Tacoma. V3 was very informative about lift kits and installs. Was professional thru out.Delivered on time. I have no problem Recommending them.

Ive used V3 for a couple installations I didnt feel like dealing with due to complexity or just laziness. From my experience they do an exceptional job, a bit expensive but great quality. I use my Jeep off road and whether it be me or a vendor I need it done correctly and not just for cosmetics.I think its important to note I purchased all parts from other vendors. This didnt seem to be a concern for V3.I had a Zeon 10S installed on a recon bumper. Pretty straightforward install. The only complaint I could say I had was they didnt tension the line and didnt tell me, I had to ask the question. Not a huge deal but thankfully I asked before using the winch.The second install was the Raxiom Backup Camera kit. They fully disclosed they havent installed this particular camera and asked if I could swing by so they could see the parts. Upon reviewing the parts they felt comfortable moving forward. During the install they encountered an issue as the camera mount wasnt compatible with the recon wheels as the spoke and bolt pattern caused the spoke to cover where the camera should go. One thing I did really appreciate is they notified me immediately that we had an issue and proposed several options to make it work.Overall Ive had a positive experience with V3 and do recommend them for your Jeep needs. As mentioned I do feel theyre expensive but you do receive quality and a knowledgeable team.

Very helpful people at first. Then after the work was done and I was given the price it was $1,000 over the original price. I agreed to the extra brake work, but there was an oversight on who was supposed to call me and tell me about a $505 part that was needed. I was treated as though it was my fault I was contacted and there was no remorse from the owner. Not doing business here again.

Recently, I took my Jeep into get my air horns repaired and new LED headlights installed. The guys at V3 did a great job repairing the air horn problem to include redoing part of the less than professional wiring that the original installer had done. The horns work great now. Christian and Derek suggested upgraded LED headlights which were professionally installed. The lights look great and work perfectly. Derek is one of the most accommodating guys and is very helpful in suggesting quality upgrades at a reasonable price. Highly recommend V3 to Jeep owners.

Finally a shop in Louisville that a guy can trust! Excellent suspension work done to my Jeep. The dealership had it so screwed up. But these guys fixed it right away and at a fair price too. Will defiantly use them from now on!

I dont do business with people who dont return my phone calls. I was told I had an appointment to have my jeep looked at. I waited 3 weeks to get put on the schedule. I called twice and never got an appointment or a return phone call. That is a poor way to do business. No thanks.

This place is the best! Prices are very good, parts are great, and staff is knowledgeable. They were awesome dealing with my 4 year old son, and me asking millions of questions. I ended up with the perfect part at a fraction of what I thought I would spend.

I cant say enough good things about these guys. Theyve done a full engine swap for me on top of numerous other repairs. Their pricing is fair and many times they have actually down sold me on the repairs that other shops said I needed. Derek is the man and this is one of the most trustworthy mechanic shops out there.

These guys know their Jeeps. Very reasonably priced. Being in sales, its nice when they arent trying upsell you on things you dont need. Theyd rather you be happy and have what you need rather than making a bunch of money off you.

If I could give them 10 stars i would! Honestly has to be the best customer service I’ve ever had in my life. Was in last week to get the front end aligned after i did a complete rebuild. They didn’t really have the time to do it, they made time since I’m almost an hour from them. After working on it for a few hours they still weren’t happy with it but it was already after closing time so they got it as close as they could and told me to take it home and see how it feels and if it wasn’t right they would make it right! Long story short bump-steer, need i say more? After a few evenings of working on it i went back by there to tell them what it was, which was the defective Teraflex Monster Track bar I purchased at V3 a couple weeks prior and i discovered the wheel spacers were not the right ones for the Rockstar rims i have. So i call and let them know I’m on my way down today to get a new track bar, by the time I get there Derek already has the new track bar and 4 new wheel spacers ready to go for me. Not only did he tell me the wheel spacers were on the house he also handed me every penny I paid last week while i was there. I told him he didn’t need to do that i was more than happy that he gave me the wheel spacers free of charge. He insisted and apologized for it not being right. Now I didn’t call down there and yell and scream cause i had to have something fixed when i left there i just let them know what went on so if it happens with someone else’s Jeep they will know. I say that because he in no way did this to get me off his back about something. He told me that keeping his loyal customers is more important. Being a mechanic myself i know how easy it is to miss something so I’m understanding about stuff like this. Honestly you cant get much more humble than what Derek and the rest of the guys at V3 Jeep Shop. Everyone can look over something or make a mistake, its what you do to correct that mistake that is the important part because that’s the part that people will never forget! They are definitely worth my drive across the bridge to get there!

Called for expert advice on a used jeep purchase. They looked at jeep and guided me with what they saw and what to look for.Then few more calls to help me confirm my jeep guys advice.Im from Cincy and if I lived near by they would be doing all my work!Just good ol jeepers!

If you are a serious person in need of a serious shop .. for a serious restoration.. dont waste your time. I spoke to Derek by phone for over an hour, twice. We discussed my project, exchanged pictures, etc. then planned to visit the shop. I drove 16 hours round trip just to continue the conversation, see the shop and meet the technician (Michael) who was going to be the primary guy for my build. I will admit, the guys were polite, attentive, had a couple of good recommendations, etc. Derek is a sales guy, talks too much and will certainly lead you on. Michael confided that the shop focus is really high margin work. ie. axle upgrades they can do in 3 hours but charge 10, not restoration work. I met the owner, he too was a nice guy, polite and engaging.. In total, I spent about 3 hours there and left confident wed be moving forward with next steps, based on my conversation with Derek.Bottom line, after two or three follow ups to Derek, I never received an estimate. He promised hed send one but hinted they were too busy with spring work to take on a restoration..I understand there are no guarantees and I certainly dont want a shop whos not interested in the project. However, I find Dereks management skills sub par and unprofessional. We had two lengthy phone calls, planned the visit then spent an afternoon discussing the project (took off work). The whole thing was a waste of time/money and unnecessary.These guys are NOT a restoration shop, theyre a jeep repair / modification shop, period. Ask them the last time they did a significant restoration and if they are currently interested in doing a restoration.. then pay attention to their answer.

Their quotes are crazy expensive, without seeing it I got quoted $400-$500 to wire up a couple running lights and turn signals. Seems like you want to go there for the culture but the price doesn’t agree with the work.

My mother and I went in to get an estimate for a windshield and a back gate on my Jeep. We waited for a long time even though it wasnt busy. It seemed very unorganized and chaotic. Plus, we got the estimate, but the cost could not be pinpointed, because of business. This business is more interested in putting accessories on a Jeep. The price was way too high. We took our business elsewhere and they gave a reasonable price and was able to fit us in within a time frame instead of making an excuse that were booked up.

Good folks with a little bit of inventory to buy. Great shop that does great work.

Was looking for OEM bolts for a Jeep over 20 years old. Mopar discontinued the bolts so I call V3 and talk to Derek. He calls me back and tells me they dont have them but he found what I needed at another company. He gave me their phone #, address, and a name of the salesman who is waiting for me to call. By far the best shop ive ever been too. Been modifying cars for 7 years and this is the most down to earth and helpful shop. Been seeing reviews saying theyre expensive but theyre really not. They use the best part brands which cost a little more than other brands but, build it right the first time and you wont have to again. Highly recommend this shop.

They helped me out of a real pinch, when my soft top on my wrangler wouldnt install when it was zero degrees outside. They quick ordered the right part for me that i couldnt get anywhere else and I was able to get the top back on the next day.

I just went in there today with my 97 rust on the frame its very repairable Ive done research and a lot of it in the past month.. first thing I hear is its not that bad from the repair guy. Then derek stepped in and said you have a major rust prob haha. And if i fix that 2foot section the rest will rust out in no time...Looking around i notice all these high dollar modded jeeps mines 20years old so hey I get it not worth your time just be real.. if the owner reads this sorry i didnt get to meet you nice mustangs! Find a shop that has love for jeeps and is more then half the price as yall im glad my jeep aint a turd like Derek stated..

They wanted $4000 to fix my jeeps frame. Yea its bad but $4000 is an extreme number to weld a brace on.

Was quoted a 10 day lead time, but they were able to replace my water pump in about 4 hours, plus I was out of town and they kept it on site until I returned. Great pricing, and will return.

The folks at V3 Jeep Shop have done an excellent job on my 02 TJ. They know what theyre talking about and they certainly know their way around a Jeep.For me, they did a 3 Teraflex lift, put on some 33 Mickey Thompson Deagans with new wheels. It rides great. Honestly, it rides better than stock. They also installed a new MBRP Cat Back exhaust system that sounds amazing.They legitimately identified a few age related issues, called me to discuss them, and let me pick and choose what to fix.At every step, they were very respectful of my budget and my need for information. You cant go wrong with these guys.
