Our whole family has home and auto insurance and we are very happy with the discounts we get for that and the service is ultra responsive.They always seek to answer any question right away and they have some very experienced people in the office who always provide thoughtful and complete answers and guidance especially for service people. As you may learn the hard way—it’s critical to get good service people to work on your home. I should have asked them if they know any mechanics too!

Mike Kenneys office has been very good about responding to any of my requests for help and advising me on making changes when necessary in my auto and rental insurance policies. My husband and I have been with State Farm for over 30 years. We have always received great service.We recently had to replace our roof due to storm damage and were extremely disappointed in the service we received. Not only did they not cover the cost of the expense to have the work done, they estimated it super low and we ended up having to pay over $3,000 out of our own pocket. We were very upset that weve been with them so long and have never had to file a claim and now that we did, they didnt cover the work.
