I filed a calm on my roof for hail damage with nationwide, their adjuster came out looked at my roof only offered to fix half of the roof and after the $2000 deductible, they would only pay $67. The roofing company tried to tell the adjuster that they could not even find shingles to match with the half that nationwide wouldnt fix. I told nationwide I disagreed and said I will not go ahead with the claim. I switched insurances after the poor coverage with nationwide. When I went to go cancel this policy, the receptionist called back to the agent, he said I dont have f time for this. After a year, I saw nationwide put this as a claim on the clue report. I called and asked why this is on the clue report, nationwide said they put it on here because they hired an adjuster. I asked nationwide to take this off the clue report but they refused. I tried to file a complaint with CLUE, BBB and the state of kentucky but they said the law is on there side. The bad law my be on there side but this is just bad customer service. Nationwide is not on your side.
