Was our chauffeur and he was extremely professional, on time and kept in communication with us while we were at dinner to ensure we didnt have to wait on him when we finished dinner. The first sign was that we had to call multiple time to make sure the reservation was done with the type of party bus /limo correct. The day of the wedding the party bus sent was not the one we requested when calling them they said they send the presidential one but it was Not the one requested. In addition one of the seats was broken and one of the groomsman pants was ripped. And to top it all of we paid from 2:30 pm - 7:30 and when the group return after pictures at 6 the driver left without asking and we were going to have himPick up some guests at a local hotel When calling to complain they offer a $35 credit even when we paid 1 1/2 hrs without themBeing there.

Amazing service and always on time. Great company that treats people well. Rick was an amazing driving that treated my group with the utmost respect and professionalism. Rick made our experience on the bourbon trail better than it would have been without him.

I called an booked this company, and they never showed up, took all my credit card information. Im now contacting credit company to see if the charge went thru. With all the last minute wedding planning I cant seem to find the confirmation. The man was very nice on the phone. Told me exactly which limo in the fleet and had us set for 3pm pick up and would be back around 10 pm. All I can saw is thank you Brown for stepping in and making sure we got to the venue.

Not good! I rented previously and the first time my experience was great. The second time it was horrible and to add insult to injury the manager and owner were rude and insulting refusing to discuss or rectify the situation. I own a funeral business and rented a limo for the family. It was dirty and paint peeling off the hood of the vehicle which was disappointing. The owner had the audacity to ask me what vehicles I owned! In fact, I own a. Mercedes, a BMW, and an Escalade. What did that have to do with the condition of the vehicles he rented me! Suffice it to say I am glad I practice better business ethics than this company.

JACO is a phenomenal company that goes above and beyond for its clients. Our driver, Billy, was excellent, professional and prompt. We couldn’t have asked for a better excursion!

This limousine company is the worst company I have ever worked for in my life. Management is a complete joke. The tips are horrible and youre wasting your time. Not worth the low pay of minimum wage youre getting to deal.with all unprofessionalism. This company will be out of business soon.

If you believe companys Jaco limousine should.treat employees with respect and a little decency, pay close attentionTreats and disrespects employees. Its all about the almighty $$$$. Doesnt pay what they say they will after the job is done. Cheated me out of $501, worked 41 hrs and paid me $266, and refused to.make the wages that were told in front of a room full of people good, poke a bear, the grizzly will appear!! You cant screw your people over and over and walk away with no blood!!

I called a few different places to get pricing. The first couple places didnt seem interested in what I was saying. Upon calling Jaco Limo they seemed very interested in what I wanted. I had very few details on my trip. I was unsure of how many people or how the trip was going to play out. The guy who helped me spent 20 minutes on the phone with me giving me every option and vehicle with pricing. I was blown away at how much he was willing to make sure I was prepared for when I had more details. He gave me pricing for over 9 different vehicles they had and details for each one. A few days later I called back and made reservations for 2 Limos. I received emails to confirm my deposit and every detail of my trips. Even emails reminding me that my trip was hours away. the biggest surprise was the email that showed a photo of both drivers with their contact info. Then i got a text from both drivers telling me when they would be there and where to find them. once we came out of the house both of them where standing at the limos dressed in matching suits. both limos where very clean and the tires where even shining. Then I noticed red carpet rolled out for my mother in law. that was something I had ask the gentleman on the phone and then said no thats no big deal at all. He had found a red carpet and had it there. During the trip the service was amazing. The driver helped us get music videos on the TV and walked us through how all of the controls worked. they made us feel like we where royalty. I was simply amazed at how great they where at what they do. I would suggest them over any of the others. ANYTIME i ever need limo service I will call them!!

Personal was ok but they didnt send limo we pay for and didnt bother to call and tell us.It was a once in a lifetime event for us but for them it was just another customer who had already pay. Im never renting here again and dont recommend they have no compassion, and dont care about nothing but getting pay.

Our company books with them all the time and they are great. All of their Cars, Suvs, Limos, buses and Coaches are brand new and the Chauffeurs are well dressed and very professional. We have rented the Stretch Hummer, 20 person party bus, 3 or 4 of their premium shuttles, a sprinter limo,and they have taken us and clients to and from the airport in their Cadillac Car, New Lincoln Car (My favorite), then even the chevy SUV and their premium Escalade SUV. Then to top it off we called last month to rent a couple shuttles for the kentucky derby and they where offering coach buses. They sent us photos and it was a brand new coach with direct TV and a bathroom. Im sure it will be as good as everything else we have rented from them. Hands down if you want quality and picture perfect service these are your guys. Anytime I have booked with anyone prior to knowing about these guys I always got old vehicles and a driver who wasnt on his A game. but with jaco these guys have all brand new stuff and you can tell they only hire the best or they just train them to be. DONT take a chance if you want quility. Go with Jaco. also last time I booked there they told me they opened an office in Cincinnati too. So anyone growing like that must be doing something right!!

Used them to transport friends from Hotel to 4th street, oh my did they have to deal with us being drun__ on the way back. The driver was great!

This company is complete garbage. Ive been working on and off with then for a few years and this year after working almost 40 hours in 3 days during derby, they are refusing to pay me or even admit I worked for them. The owner is a former assistant police chief that got fired and couldnt make it in law enforcement so decided to buy some vehicles with mommys credit card. THEY WILL BE SHUT DOWN IN NO TIME.
