Worst Agency Ive ever worked with, would never take a project to them ever again. They werent always this way, however they have a history of being very up and down. Most recently they completely failed on development on a project where they claimed they were extensively over budget and kept coming back asking for more money before they even showed us anything theyd done. We ended up pulling the entire project from them. Have had to scrap components to the site due to finding more and more issues and finding more and more parts of the site that just dont work. They have absolutely no QA. They claim they do QA, but if that were the case then we wouldnt have been handed the mess we got. If felt like they were pulling a grift on us and not only that, but claiming we were making changes during development when that was absolutely not the case. I hope they get their act together. Anyone that looks at their portfolio can see that they have talent and can care about their work. What we got was anything but that from them.
