Doug Wilder of Spectrum Sight and Sound of Louisville worked with my wife and me to upgrade our existing high end home theater system.Doug planned with us to accomplish five things. 1) Clean up our existing wiring and scheme it to a professional appearance 2) Add a new Sony 77” TV and install our existing 65” in our bedroom 3) Add a Mcintosh MHA 200 headphone amp to setup 4) Replace my existing sub with a new JL E-12 and finally 5) Run my Mcintosh MENS sound calibration program to attain the best theater sound experience possible.The work came in two phases; Avery Wilder and John headed up the first phase of work for 1,3 and 4. Their work was professional at a 10 rating and we couldn’t be more pleased. Doug took charge of phase two for 3 and 5.All I can say is that after Doug put the final touches on our system, is that our movie experience rivals what we can hear in modern theaters…all right in the comfort of our home.Personally, to have established a relationship with Spectrum Sight and Sound in Louisville is the icing on the cake. ( We’re 80 miles away.) They’re there to support our love of music and surround sound. Wanted to upgrade several Wall mount TVs in our home. Moved a 50 inch to the back bedroom and hung a 75 inch in our living room. Hid all the wiring because my wife is all about not seeing wires. Made sure my surround sound was spot on . Doug is really good at this techo stuff ! Natalie and her team were professional the whole way and it was very affordable. Recommend them highly.

We used them for over 15 years and they do a wonderful job with installing equipment and making sure we know how to operate, When ever we run into challenges with the equipment they will come back to correct the problem and never charge us for the additional service call.

They basically can figure out the most complex cases and find a way to automate and fix your home audio/video. Great experience with Spectrum Sight & Sound. My only regret is that I wish I had taken a before and after pic. Everything was great from the start. Doug was easy to talk to and understood what I was looking for and even went above and beyond with his recommendations. He created a few estimates to choose from. After I picked one it was just a matter of getting everything in. Installation was a breeze. Wife approval factor is through the roof since she doesnt have to stare at all of my gear anymore. I really cant say enough great things. In terms of home theater installation, using Spectrum is an easy decision.

Simplest, best technology upgrade I’ve ever done.Started with quick discussion about what I wanted to address / achieve, presented me with several options (no pressure), answered all my questions, came within a week and did the fastest, cleanest installation possible, followed with clear instructions on usage, ending with a follow up call a few days later to make sure I was happy (which I definitely am!). I had a custom remote that was ruined by a spill. I called Natalie and made an appointment with Doug. Doug was able to program a new custom remote and when there was a minor issue, Doug came promptly to address the issue. I appreciate the great customer service!

Our first project with Spectrum Sight and Sound was the installation of outdoor sound system for our remodeled pool area. My wife and I loved it, and now we have added: an outdoor TV, two additional outdoor speaker zones, 3 indoor TVs, 6 indoor speaker zones, and dozens of smart Control4 switches/dimmers. Were huge fans and have more projects in the planning.

Their installers called in advance, were on time and did a great job! friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! A+!

We cannot say enough good things about Spectrum Sight and Sound. We have been working with them for years, and we have always been extremely pleased with their service. You cannot ask for better.

I contacted them for an estimate, but they never got back to me. A month later I follow up, someone came to take a look at the job - and then never got back to me with the estimate.

I retained Spectrum to do a relatively straightforward project - mounting some TVs, and pairing one with a universal remote and speaker system. Service was prompt, very professional, and the pricing was fair. This group has the capacity to do very difficult and complicated work, but can also service work short of a home theater that looks and works well.

Mounted 75 inch tv and provided Ethernet service connection to the room. Very satisfied

So after spending 50 plus thousand with Century Entertainment I finally got sick of the enormous lack of customer service and constant issues that never got resolved. I called Chris Bearman at Spectrum and COULDNT BE HAPPIER!!!! I WISH I would have called them sooner. He came in and in 3 days accomplished what the other company couldnt do in 4 months! Chris knows the control 4 system inside and out so dont worry that you are to far into with another company. He can and WILL tackle anything and make it great! I wish there was a 10 star button!
