Carl is a one man shop. He is fair, honest, and competent. He is not speedy, so I would suggest not being in a hurry for your repair. However, when you get it back, it will be repaired. I have had quicker and unsuccessful experiences at two other shops. Ill stick with Carl.

I took my weed eater and leaf blows to them for repair. He called me about 3 weeks later and told me they were ready for pick up.I went the next day. I tried them both in the parking lot before I left. The trimmer started after many pulls but did run okay once it cleared out. The blower ran but was still having the same issue I took it there for. It wouldnt run at full throttle. I took it back in to them, he gave me my repair money back and kept the blower. Im going to buy a new one.

Great Service, great products. Ive been buying Stihl products here for the last 4 years and have had my chainsaw and Toro lawn mower serviced here too, never had any negative issues. A+

Dropped my chainsaw off on Sept 7, 2012. Front desk said it would be 7 to 10 days. I called back three weeks later (Sept 28th, 2012) and was told they hadnt looked at it yet. I will just bring it somewhere else. Reading the other reviews, this seems to be the norm here. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR SERVICE!!!!
