Very quick and efficient. Called a week prior and they were able to squeeze me in so I wouldnt get in trouble for being un inspected. Very friendly small family company with good honest people. You wont be disappointed!

Very nice, nice owners. When i pick up vehicles at this facility I Expect to spend 5 or 10 minutes talking with the parrot, a African Gray. He has quite the vocabulary along with different sounds. I had a weird grinding issue coming from one of my tires after driving over 2 hours to the area. They not only were able to accommodate me immediately and resolve the issue, they were also very friendly and enjoyed my conversations while waiting. I would highly recommend if you are in the area and in need.

Terrible drivers, was tailgated extremely close by the driver of the towtruck while there were other vehicles in front of me. GREAT way to represent a business. If they run their business like they allow employees to drive their vehicles I’m sure they’re just as respectful. Will never get my business.

There drivers are terrible. Just had one tailgating me on rte 106. I had my granddaughter in the car and we were doing the speed limit. Good business practice.

I would rate them negative 5 stars if possible. They moron old man tows our car and is telling me how many years experience he has yadda yadda. The idiot hits my garage with the tow truck trying to put the car in the garage(told me no problem putting it in) No apology or offer to repair the damage and i still paid his tow fee. I wouldnt let these morons mow my lawn nevermind fix a car or tow one. Avoid at all cost and call loudon garage for a tow or aaa. Damage is still current for naysayers.

My family has been going here for probably 30 years. Good honest people doing good work for reasonable prices.
