Very friendly from the call to the office and the gentlemen that came out to pump our septic tank. Very informative about how to take care of our system in the future and reasonably priced. Highly recommend this company.

I love what he had done for me. Honest and reliable. Up front. My only complaint is that he recommended someone else for something else. But that person is not reliable. ( allergic to work and don’t return phone calls) But I so recommend ray’s septic for pumping. Two thumbs up

I highly recommend this business for septic service. We had our tank pumped and inspected. Karl was very knowledgeable and honest. He provided a copy of the evaluation report as soon as he finished his work, which is greatly appreciated!

I went to Rays Septic to pay my bill which was late the customer service was excellent and the hospitality they gave me even though i was late was so overwhelming that i will never use any other company again

The first time we called this company they were fantastic. The man was polite, on time, and thorough. Unfortunely our second experience (with an older man) was quite unpleasant. He refused to pump from the location we preferred (which they pumped from on the previous pumping) and instead wanted to drag the dirty hose across our entire yard (for an extra fee) and then informed me that we could call someone else if we didn’t like it. Needless to say we did call someone else with better customer service. 2 stars instead of 1 because we had good service the first time.

Ray is a professional at his trade. He cares about helping you by answering any questions concerning the maintenace and up keep of your ceptic system. He even gave me advice on fixing my automatic gate opener. Thanks Ray . See you next year!

Horrible shysters. I was selling my house and there were 2 septic systems on the property. They came out and pumped both tanks and charged me outrageous amount of money. Then they failed both systems and told me they both needed to be replaced. I had the state inspector come out and they passed 1 system and made me replace one system. I was told that the system that failed was not holding water and in fact instead of being pumped it needed to be filled in order to be inspected properly. When I questioned Rays septic on charging and pumping something that didnt need to be done, they were very rude and uncompromising. I would not recommend this company.They are fast talking shysters. Get another opinion before paying any money.
