The associates here are super friendly, and immensely helpful. We bought our daugher a fish tank, and all of her fish/supplies here. Multiple trips back, and forth, and we finally have our water at the appropriate levels to safely get her fish in. Going today to pick them out. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

Called to find out if they had a particular product as we live 80 miles away. The service rep checked and said yes. When my husband arrived the product was at the check out desk waiting for him. We appreciated the service.

I came in looking for a small bottle to feed my baby goat and the service was speedy and wonderful! The staff was so helpful they even helped cut a cross in the nipple of the bottle for me. So nice and sweet!

Wide selection of dog toys. Needed new stuffed toys and entertainment for my 4 yr. old Shepard mix. I found 3 that got loving acceptance!

I think my experience at PetSmart was not good at all the lady there was very rude saying that I couldnt buy a certain fish type because I didnt have the tank, well I was going to buy the tank once it started growing but she refused to sell it to me just because I didnt have a 55 gallon fish tank. Ive had fish for the past 7 years and Im pretty sure that the fish I was going to buy was perfect for my tank. Im not sure if this girl was new but she she was still rude. Thats why Im going PetSmart a 1 star.

Clean, good supply of everything here and the people running it for very nice. No complaints.Pricing on the dog food seems to be pretty much identical to Petsense at the other end of town, which is a little more than Tractor Supply for the same food. They do have a better supply of it though.

I get all my dog treats here and they have a really good groomer who takes care of all 3 of my dogs

I took my shepard puppy in to be groomed. The store was clean and my groomer was super friendly and attentive to my pet. I was very impressed with the associate. The value, price and end results were all above average. I will return as long as these high standards continue.

Very disappointed with groomer Sergio here lectured me on how long my dogs hair was in 3 months.... Ive been anxious about taking my fur babies to pet smartthey cut my teacup poodle and she had to get stitches in the past but I called and talked to Sergio took them into be groomed it went fine, but I went back and had to leave without having either dog groomed.

Got an email from this business, that is in Arizona. For someone named James. They need to be more careful with their emails. Im in Maine I havent been in there store in any state. Im not James either. ROFL

I didnt find what I was looking for there however two employees got on line and helped me find it. There is no way to go in that place and not buy something for the pets. They have some cool stuff and are not overpriced

Great service and great selection. My only complaint is they sell so much food that is not good for your pets. Too much grain and not enough vitamins and good ingredients. Maybe someday we will have a higher standard for what we feed our pets.

Smaller store. They do a Great job with grooming our dogs. Staff is very friendly abd good with the animals that grace their presence.

Went there to look for a cat. Found Sweetie and adopted her. Great coupon book for adoptions.

This is a small Pet Smart but has good selection and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Over price for grooming. They charged 80 bucks to groom a small dog because how dirty the dog was (outdoor dog) my dog did not give them a hard time at all for that price. Sergio takes his sweet time on the phone and still bumps his prices. I will not be returning to this place. There are other places in this area that have better prices.

Bought a few fish. A couple died took them back. I had no problems returning them. They were really nice about it. I brought the new ones home and have had no problems.

Great service friendly

This location of the PetSmart brand is very small but there is always parking and the store has the dog food that my dog likes. PetSmart does price match their online prices so just make sure that you are aware of that so that you can get the best deal possible even though they should always offer the same prices they know they can, this I dont particularly like about this business. The service was a bit slow because they were having problems with their registers and I needed to get the last bag of dog food on the top shelf so, I had to wait for a employee to get the ladder to reach the dog food. Just make sure you have a little extra time and shop smart when you go to PetSmart.

Not as many food choices as Petsense. However, some items like toys and bully sticks are less costly.
