A little pricey - close to $150 per month, but its a lot of fun l, a good workout and a great way to learn self defense.

Ive been going to Gracie Barra Los Lunas off and on close to 4 years now. It has grown so big since Ive started. Professor Tammy has helped me out a lot and she works with you. The coaches are excellent teachers. One thing Im happy about is that BarraFit has been added to the schedule and now I have my wife going to BarraFit. She absolutely loves it. Everyone at GBLL is not just friends but a second family.

Ive just only started! But from the start everyone has been so helpful, open, and kind. Its a very family oriented experience thus far! I would recommend it to anyone whose thinking about getting healthy and wanting to learn self defense and confidence!

Great programs and great instructors! This is a fun and healthy way to spend time as a family! Kids and adults are able to learn self-defense while building confidence and self-esteem.

Excellent establishment for the kids and the parents to get a workout in. Plus kids learn about bully awareness and how to stop an altercation. Really cool staff that are super helpful and willing to educate.

Great place to learn fitness, technique, self-defence, and much more. The teachers are amazing and pay individual attention to every student. Exceptional institute to gain friends and confidence. Highly recommended it.

Nice atmosphere

We just started doing classes at the new place in Los Lunas. Non intimidating and really helpful instructors for adults and kids. The schedule is wide ranging so regardless of your schedule anyone can find a class. Awesome litte gem in the small town of LL.

What can even be said about Tammy Griego? 8 world titles and an ADCC victory easily put her as one of the most accomplished American BJJ competitors EVER.On top of that, Tammy is a great teacher; knows how to communicate techniques, and knows how to connect with students. The people of Los Lunas are super lucky to have such a high level star who is also such a friendly, easy going person. If Tammy had a school in vegas, I 100% know where Id be training
