My husband has severe hearing loss. The hearing aids that would work for him were expensive, but worth every penny. The staff at Livingston in Los Lunas, NM have been friendly & more than helpful.I recommend them to anyone with hearing loss. We got an accessory that streans sound from the TV directly into his hearing aids, & which gives me the option to listen or not, at a volume that suits me while he listens at a volume that suits him.

Livingston Hearing Aid Center in Los Lunas is a friendly center the staff is courteous and the facility is very clean.

After urging from my husband, I finally had my hearing checked. Ended up having a greater hearing loss than anyone expected. Dr. Armijo is amazing. He explained what was happening from beginning to end. The recommendations he gives for equipment is phenomenal. Dr. Armijo isnt about making money like some of the big chains, hes about getting your hearing back to a comfortable place that improves your daily routine.The office staff (Lynda) is beyond helpful! She takes the time to work with insurance companies, making sure you get the most from your benefits. Lynda makes the paperwork process super easy and quick!

I had a very grateful experience at Livingston Hearing Aids in LosLunas,Nw Mexico.Pasqual Armijo is a very kind and considerate man. He gave me a hearing test about two weeks ago. We discussed my hearing loss as being severe. I knew my hearing was getting much worse. I have been through 3 pairs of hearing aids throughout the years, and each time my hearing decreases and my hearing aids no longer reach my hearing loss level. Mr Armijo assured me that the the hearing aids that he works with will work with my hearing loss no matter how bad it gets. I was grateful to hear this for it has been over 2 Years since I have been able to wear hearing aids that work for my hearing loss.Today I returned and my hearing aids were ready. I was so excited to be able to hear again. Mr. Armijo showed me how to put them on properly, how to clean them, and how to change the battery. I have never had this type of hearing aid but I think this is going to be my best pair.My. Armijo also showed me my hearing range on the computer and how my aids will adjust to where they need to be according to the information most important. He also explained that with time, my brain will weed out the unimportant information and back ground noise. I absolutely love my hearing aids, and I am so very grateful that I have been Blessed to experience a new level of hearing.Thank you Livingston Hearing Aids.Mr Armijo and his receptionist are very kind and respectful people. Beware! Bully behaviors by Mr. Armijo if you want a refund within the time limit set by NM state law. Know your rights and stick by them.
