Wonderful experience and great customer service- I heard something break in my car and it became difficult to turn when I was in town so I looked up nearby auto shops. Robert’s was one of the closest and he was able to see me the same day AND fixed the car the same day. It turned out a screw got loose and shredded my serpentine belt. Thanks for the great service!

I really wish it was possible to give him more than 5 stars. I have been going to Roberts Auto Service for over 6 years and I can tell you that I have never been disappointed. Robert is the type of mechanic that will go above and beyond to make sure that his customers get the best service possible, he is very thorough. His prices are very reasonable but by no means is he cheap. I can say that his work is worth the cost. Also, the owner is very supportive of military, firefighters, and police officers. Roberts Auto Service is my one and only place that I would ever go and take my car to in Los Lunas after other mechanics tried to take advantage of me because they thought since I am a female I do not know anything about cars, but Robert has never treated me like I am dumb. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that wants a trustworthy mechanic.
