Really bad experience. The ladies who provide the service to clients make a lot of mistakes. I ended up not having any phone insurance event though I was told VERY CLEAR to the lady to include it. PLEASE DONT TRUST THEM, CHECK YOUR RECEIPT AND MAKE SURE That everything you bought or paid for it IS ON WRITING or in your RECEIPT!!!I will never make business with this store no more...

The customer service and support provided by Alex was great. He helped my family get new phones and activated them. After 2 hours we left with phones and auto pay, thank you to the Los Banos Boost mobile service.

Received a 13mp camera with 16gb memory for only 80$ very happy.

Store doesnt look like much, but the customer service alone deserves five stars.Staff here went out of their way to troubleshoot a problem with my text messages failing to send unless I restart it. Over the phone support failed me when I initially called boost tech support, but these guys found the issue in only a few minutes. Geniuses.
