Another scammy real estate agent that has same rental ad running for over 1 month (but wont show property) yet still insists on collecting fees for back ground check after knowing the place is already spoken-for. I smell a kickback deal with BG checker . $100 just to hear no? ... waste of time

We have been tenants for several years. Every time we call with an issue, BRE services responds quickly. They follow up to make sure the issue was resolved. All contractors that have come out have professional and knowledgeable in their field. BRE services are always pleasant and eager to help. We couldn’t ask for a better management company.

I did not purchase a home but live in a rental unit. This is why I rated 3 stars. Work orders submitted takes awhile for repairs to get done. The handyman work is minimal at best. I find myself doing most of the repairs myself to avoid delays and to make sure the job is done properly. I have no other concerns at this time.

These people are so amazing, I rent through them and I have never had a single problem. I dont even have to contact the owner when I have a problem. Last year the pipes started backing up, all I had to do was call them and they sent out a professional the next day, I didnt have to pay for anything. They are really awesome.

This company does not do what they say when they take your money for an application. It states that they do a full check including credit, job, background & previous addresses but the truth is that if you have 4 adults and one of you has something wrong with credit or something, you all are considered to have the same problem and will all be denied. And they will not run the check without that person because they dont trust anyone to be honest, even if you are. They only want your money and only help Squeaky clean people. Dont waste your money unless you know for sure that you have a clean record all around.

Professional service to find your place around the area. When I first deal with the company was thru the automated system to make an appointment to see a few houses around Los Banos, and since I didnt received a confirmation from a living human I still went to the first appointment with little faith to be honest (Before Borelli, I had a very hard time finding a professional to deal with the rent of a place without resulting in a scam). After the first interaction everything went smooth, Cristina and all the staff were very professional handling the process. So far we have been dealing with them for 3 years without any problem. I do recommend Borelli to a 100%.

Unprofessional and dishonest company. Alot better companies to go through that will follow through with what they offer. Im reporting this place to BBB for fraud, false advertising and Im very glad I kept my receipt and emails from them as proof.

Excellent service from professional people!

They took our private financial information. Required to pay $60 for a credit check. We sent numerous emails, and contacted them and never heard back from them . They never checked on our references or emplyment. it has been 3 month and they have not shown us any homes. Too bad for Borelli, because now we have looking into purchasing a home. We will most definitely use a different Real Estate company. Dont waste yout time or money with this shady company.
