Please please learn from my horrible experience. I had what was supposed to be a fairly simple procedure go horribly wrong resulting in a severely delayed recovery and I had to visit 3 specialists in northern california who told me that this procedure should never have been done as it was too invasive and damaging. I had two more surgeries afterwards to correct for Dr. Hsus mistake. Please get a second or third opinion from specialists and I would strongly recommend against having surgery done under Hsu. Even after the problem got worse he wasnt helpful at all and I regret letting him perform the surgery having gone through months and months of pain and not being able to do basic things like move around and still have not recovered completely. I had to miss almost four months from work, higher and higher medical expenses, horrible quality of life for the past year, and will have to deal with the consequences of this surgery for the rest of my life. Please think twice before you have surgery done here.

I forgot to add they accept bitcoin payment. Since this what I mined, they set up everything for me including facility fees. So all I have to pay was in bitcoins.
