Very friendly crew, great equipment and very organized with the Social distancing signs well in sight which gives us a sense of security. Very clean and not crowded. The appointment system seems to work very well and I am extremely satisfied. I feel safe and relaxed and I would recommend it to anyone. Great job folks!

The pieces of clothes they use to wipe sweat off machines are dirty and not replaced frequently enough. Most weight machines are old with no collars to secure grip plates - safety issue here. The facility itself has an old feel to it. It did not feel clean to swim in the swimming pool. Their schedule of classes is limited. They close super early on weekends. Very basic gym, which definitely is not worth the membership price and enrollment fees.PS: Do your homework before signing up and try out gyms nearby. You will find some in the area way cheaper with newer equipment and better amenities.

Ive been here as a member for years I had to take a break bc we moved and my dad fell and broke his hip. Ive referred 8 people to becoming In-Shape members. Its easy access from my house, I love the activities and the classes your club has to offer, especially the Water Works and the Silver Sneaker Classes which are right up my alley.I also like utilizing the on-site daycare (Kids Zone) for my grandson. He loves going there while I workout. Ive missed being there!

Very knowledgeable Associates and manager at this club. All questions were answered as they arose. This facility has a full size pool, a variety of different exercise classes that are free to attend with membership. It has an upstairs and a downstairs with a variety of workout equipment. If you arent able to make a payment or are tight on cash, they allow you to postpone your membership for up to six months before and cancellation. Very flexible and friendly!

My mom and I went in to sign up. The manager greeted us and asked us to fill out some information on a tablet. It took a couple minutes, so we looked for the manager. She was talking to a co-worker across the room. We waited around 15min before going to the offices and asking to speak about memberships, but we were told to wait for the manager. As we were leaving a trainer came to convince us to stay, but why should we give our money to someone who doesnt care about gaining our business?

Although this is one of the smaller gyms Ive been in the gym is well organized has a lot of features and the staff are amazing. First time signing up for a gym and they made it a pleasant experience and their facilities are very well maintained. They offered answers and comfort during what I consider a very stressful process as I have very high social anxiety. Thank you all for your dedication.

I come here for free when I can. They have a sauna which is great to sweat out a cold or flu. A pool (wouldnt recommend, people are not the nicest in a shared community pool but maybe Im wrong; I hope I am). Upstairs cardio studio is good away from the gym rats downstairs. Youll occasional get someone looking up and seeing you, just smile and wave. Make it awkward. Great places to work out. Trainer Alex is great for giving free advice on how to target certain muscles or lose weight. Highly highly recommend going to Alex.

Nice gym been a member for years especially love hot tub steam room and pool indoor everyone that works there is very friendly

Love the people who work here! Love the atmosphere of this gym. Los Banos! This gym also offers so much! A pool...hot tub...sauna...etc 2 stories . It has monthly incentives with your check ins...5 check ins...water bottle ..12 check ins example..inshape t shirt..shaker cup...towel every month is different. Very clean bathrooms and lockers. Great gym!

Dance class started doing there routing with out asking if I could leave because they wanted to use it I would’ve been alright with leaving if they would’ve asked before they started doing there thing

Is a great place to work out but when I was in the yoga room the dace class came in started playing there loud music and interrupting my work out they didn’t even say they were gonna use it and start there dance class

First time at Los banos in shape. Is nice set up and like pool so can do cardio since broke ankle. Just wish was cleaner the mens restrooms was very dirty toilet was broken and other was dirty.

Nice place to workout. But the family swim hours suck. I pay for my kids to have gym access to swim but there hours arent the best during the school year.

Staff looks like they hate their job (especially the women at the front desk), I always come in with a positive attitude and ironically they dont seem to like that. Horrible customer service skills, this gym can definitely use some training.

It has everything you need to get and stay in shape. Monthly fee is good too

I belong to the Los Banos InShape and love it. Clean and full of great equipment and wonderful staff, from Denise and others at the front desk, to trainers like Alexandro Valencia who has really helped me focus on what I want and need to focus on, to the maintenance group who keep the facility in tip top shape. The best gym I have ever been to.

Although a newer building, maintenance is lacking often. The pool/sauna/steam room are constantly out of order and they are usually never in a rush to have the fixed and going. I felt a little robbed of my money as I had signed up for the main purpose of using the lap pool for daily exercise. When I addressed the complaint with the corporate office after months of not saying anything, he told me that there are no refunds on the membership and that basically I had to live with it as it is not their fault and were trying to get it fixed. I cancelled my membership and will not return again. The rest of the staff is friendly and they try to keep the rest of the place clean at least.

Early morning workout isnt crowded. Opens early and closes late, fits a commuters schedule nicely.

Great staff. Tile in the locker room is disgusting. They could clean with natural products like baking soda and peroxide and it would turn the black grout WHITE again!!!

The gym itself not too bad, I dont like the house keeper vacuum and cleaning while we are using the machine. They should have closing / clean up time so the dust wont be allover. The steam room has been broke down again. Need dedicate spaces for people who like to use the dumbbell, sit-up. When the classes is scheduled we got kicked out from that rumbas room.
