This company purchased some DMX lighting gear from our eBay store. Once they received the items, they immediately opened up a not as described case and returned the items back to me. What we received back was completely different, used, and defective equipment. A classic eBay scam. I attempted to speak with their Chief Operating Officer about the issue, but all he did was patronize me and insult my intelligence during the entire call. Bottom line, this company is a fraud who employs scam artists. My guess, is that the owner is also in on the scamming thats going on. My advice, hire a real company that knows how to operate themselves ethically. Not some company that has to resort to scamming people in order to operate.

I wont give them 1 star because thats just down right mean. However...Unfortunately, they use cold calling tactics that are unprofessional and outdated. Also, calling me more than once even after I said dont is a no-no. If youre looking to expand your business, try a better resource like hiring a social media marketing manager to really put you guys out there. Im sure your work is great but that wasnt the appropriate avenue for your services. I work for a Digital Media company based out of New York and my advice to your company is to use a RFP services rather than cold calling. If you need help or guidance, by all means reach out to me. Whatever little advice I can give you Id be more than happy to share and... Id love to add you guys to our roster of available media companies to use for vendors/sourcing... Thanks
