We have been using this service when it actually had another name - so for quite some time. Overall we are quite pleased. only issue is occasionally when we hand off coverage for the weekend - when the doctor is off call - all the operators somehow do not “get the message.” I do endorse them as a good service, their billing department is responsive - they just need a bit of a tweak in the training of their telephone operators with this “hnd off on weekends.” I would recommend them as reliable and responsive.

I work for Mother Parkers Tea and Coffee as a Brewing Equipment Coordinator, and we use Answering 365 to handle all our after hours calls. Over the last two years service has been average. Sometimes they dispatch our calls to the incorrect recipient and we have also received complains about not so friendly people answering the phone and taking messages for us.But Overall we have not had any major issues and their service is pretty good over 80% of the time. I would recommend.

I think the additional charge for holiday coverage is excessive, but the point of the service, to deal with my calls when the office is closed and there is an emergency, is quite good.
