Filed last year with them. They were late to the appointment and then said they couldnt show up. Of course I was angry so they showed up. Thought everything was done. Unfortunately, I got a letter from the IRS stating I didnt file! Both men did the taxes in front of me. It was apparently denied the day we filed and a month later. And yet I was never notified. I have never had this problem before! The last few years I filed somewhere else. So unprofessional! And of course was promised a call back and nothing! Now I have a penalty and they got paid for not doing their job!

This guy is freaking crazy! Every time you call him hes never there. Very inconvenient when you work a full time job and try to make appointments. His name is Joe. Im surprised this guys still in business.
