Excellent. I called the LA office & was appropriately directed to the Texas HR department. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful.

The security guard was so rude I started to feel uncomfortable asking me a whole bunch of questions and telling me without my ID I can’t go in the building and how I need to always carry my ID... your a security guard not an officer i need you to bring it back down 3 notches because your postion is not that important and easily replaceable!
