Too bad I cant give him a -0 rating. Otherwise I would! I have been seeing Jacob Rispler since 1979 on and off for my fungus infection that doesnt go away. the last visit was at 8/03/07. After waiting for whole hour they send in a 20 year old assistant to help me. After telling the guy that Im here to see Dr. Rispler he came in for one second with a very bad attitude and told me my fungus was very severe compering to other people and he give me some cream and than he walked out. I asked the guy if he is coming back ? he said, no.. I was so furious with him. I should have reported him to the medical board but I didnt. They charged me $150 for absolutely nothing. I called last week and spoke with Sharon to get my medical files from them and she said, they only have that one page from 2007 everything else has been wiped out . I just got the paper today. it has a code number 110.5 and thats it. I called Sharon few minutes ago and I told her you need to explain what that code is. She rudely got me off the phone. This doctor its only about money. He has made millions from his Laser machine. He is like a robot. No feelings about anybody. I dont write bad reviews for people. but in his case I had to do it. Dont go to him!! There are other dermatologist with better manners and experience.

Spend $10,000 and was not happy with results! Left with large pores and I did not feel my skin was smoother or looked better.

Waste of time, didn’t see the doctor after I was told I would be a good candidate for the laser treatment. The doctors assistant basically told me that he couldn’t help and that I should see a certified dermatologist. From my understanding that was the point in my appointment (to see a certified dermatologist) . The fact that the doctor didn’t even have the decency to talk to me but rather have his assistant come in ask me if I have insurance and that I should go somewhere else was a complete was of my time. I don’t recommend any people of color to waste their time coming to this place

Skin rejuvenation has been my treatment since the day I started my treatments at LDI Laser. Their equipment’s for the treatment had been one of the latest in technology today and they were always up to date of what’s new on the industry, they never been left behind by others. The staffs also in here were the best. They were very accommodating and welcoming. Everyone in this office was knowledgeable and knows how to treat every client’s needs.

I realized with all the awesome places to go here in LA this is the worst!!! My sister saw the advertisement on tv...false advertising by the way. I went with my sister & for the free consult you see the office manager. Pay $150.00 you get to see the DR for the consult. Shouldnt ALL consults be with a physician??? This unprofessional, rude office manager wouldnt let me go back with my sister for the consult. Her husband just passed from a sudden accident & she is in remission from Cancer. She wanted to do something that would make herself feel good. She wanted me w/ her to listen to what he had to say since I work in the medical field & was visiting from up north for 2 weeks. When I was walking back with her they stopped me like I was walking into the White House unauthorized. The way they acted (in an empty office) was mind blowing. They told me No Way can I go with her. After explaining the situation ( which he wasnt even listening to me, rolling his eyes) we decided to leave. They didnt have any professionalism as to who & what excellent customer service is. My sister was the client & they had no idea of all the grief & illness she went thru this past year. They could of made the exception since I was here visiting my sister. God does work in mysterious ways. I believe it was his way of saying...Go! Get out of here NOW!! RUN!! We did & found a place where good human beings work and genuinely care. Thank God!!!

Dr. Rispler has been my Dermatologist for over a year now. With him my acne had been reduced and not the same as before. Currently I am undergoing a skin tightening laser to reduce the puffiness in my eyes. It was really a great treatment I had with him. No operations needed, no scars after the treatment. This is the worst dermatology office in the country. Their entire business is a scam. They lure you in with their TV and Radio AD’s only to find yourself in a room with a financial consultant, not a doctor. This consultant will promise you amazing results for thousands and thousands of dollars. Once you are a few treatments in they will tell you that more treatments are needed at an additional thousands of cost. Dr. Rispler does not care about his patients, he is all about the money. This business is a complete scam.

I give this place a NO star. In his ad he mentioned BETTER JOB PERSPECTIVES!!! Really!!! People with acne would not have better job??? WHAT A DISCRIMINATION...

Free consult but seen by a guy, a financial person. Not the doctor. Wanted to charge me $30,000 for (10) laser treatments to take care of my hyperpigmentation on my face. Not guarantee it will work. In 10 minutes, I walked out of that office and never came back.

I wish there is less than one star. Dr Rispler( I doubt it if he is a doctor )Its a SCAM, I paid them 3K for three treatments, he has hired few nurses to destroy peoples skin, No proper pain or anesthetic protocols, Its a BUTCHER HOUSE, I went there after listening to a stupid KFI 640 commercial, Dumb me, wanna cry! It made no difference to my skin, now after 4 months it has left permanent scars on my skin, They gave me some bleach cream for 50 bucks, actual value i think not more that 2 dollars, and said they will go away, now after 4 months they are worse than before, NEVER GO THERE!! All those five star reviews on this page seem to be fake and done by themselves.

My Father and I have visited Dr Jacob Rispler for over 10 years and we have found him to be an excellent physician, and we would wholeheartedly entrust ourselves to only his dermatologic care.

I went there about two years ago and they told me two treatments would Get my skin looking good and get rid of most of my Acme scars for $5000 ‼️‼️ Very little results to no results ‼️and then they want to do a follow up appointment a year later and they want to charge me $125 for an appointment, it’s all about money do not recommend you will be disappointed in your results when it sounds too good to be true it is
