Eric runs a fantastic business. Make sure you call ahead for an appointment. Sometimes he briefly closes the store during business hours to go pick up a part, so calling ahead is your best bet. He cares about covid protocols. The prices are reasonable. He is clearly a skilled mechanic and can save your vacuum or sewing machine from the landfill.

The owner advised me to call ahead with detailed information so he could could prepare parts, and bags for an old vaccuum.I noticed some very inexpensive used vacuum cleaners in front which seem like a good investment considering the owner can service and repair the appliances purchased here.The store is small, crowded, with a homey feeling, which I like.Brands like singer, hoover, riccard, dirt devil, and many more.

Awesome. Needed my vacuums plug replaced where my dog chewed it up. Honest estimate, fast service, nice guy. Yes, the shop is messy. Doesnt bother me a bit. Highly recommended.

Eric was friendly and was able to fix my machine. During Safe at home he is by appointment only so call ahead. He fixed my machine quicker than I expected and his prices were super reasonable. I will come back here in the future!!

Best service, the owner is pleasent, and knows his stuff. If we still had Rolodexs youd be keeping his name & number in it. His prices are reasonable, and anyone can tell this is the right shop because of the amazing number of machines waiting for him to catch-up. There are only so many hours in a day.

I keep calling to pick up my sewing machine, but no one answers. The place is closed when I go by even at noon on a Tuesday.

Eric was so helpful and so fast! I brought in my wifes sewing machine for repairs. She was out of town and I wanted to surprise her. That made it tough because she was due to return in 2 days so the repair would need to be quick. And, I didnt know what was wrong with it so I was relying on Eric to be able to diagnose it. He excelled in both areas! It was fixed the next day and he got it running like a champ!Great service and great experience!
