I am pleased with the results from this company, and the person I worked with, Maria H. The text (what matters 90%) was outstanding, particularly since Ive been self employed for 20 years and have not needed a resume during this time, and she took the little bit of information I had, and a sample resume I liked, and did wonders with it.The other 10%, the formatting, specifically the shaded-in bars, reverse text (white text inside shaded bars), is 1990s-ish, and from what I understand difficult or impossible for the automated resume readers to digest. I simply took the text and used it in a new document.I strongly recommend this service if you are like me, and need to ensure the text is appropriate and relevant for the job market.

When I hired Mandy to write my resume, I certainly expected it to be more polished than I could ever hope to make it. The final product, however, surpassed my best hopes. I spoke with Mandy for the 15 min conciliation and she spoke very slow and seemed to have a difficult time hearing me. She explained some of the services they offer and how resumes have changed which was informative, that the only reason why Im leaving a 2 star review. When i went on to explain what i am looking for with the resume and the other services the company offers, she was very rude and sounded angry at me. She said that she would send me a quote in the beginning of the phone call but once I got on the topic of what I was looking for she got angry and hung up on me. I still havent received a quote for the services. The services sounds like it would be beneficial to me but she is pretty intolerable. Im pretty upset about how things turned out because i was really looking for help but the way Ive been treated was cold-hearted. Youd think theyd have more tolerance being a professional service company. Its a shame because I could really use this type of service
