If I can give them 10 stars I would. I needed to take the Drug test for my new employer. This place is better that Quest Labs. I called in advance to schedule an appointment. I was informed that no appointment was needed. Parking is easy to find. You need to enter the Dentist Office then the stairwell to the lab is immediately on the left hand side. There were 2 people in the waiting area. I gave them my ID card and my paperwork. I didn’t wait too long. The staff was friendly. The place is very clean. I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. I’m very pleased with this service.

Service was fast. The actual sample collection took less than 10 minutes. However I wasted 15 minutes trying to email them the appointment email that came from their own company. That took 3 tries and 15 minutes for something they dont even need.

TERRIBLE service by the front desk. The woman at the front desk doesnt want to be bothered with questions or wants to provide the information that you are rightfully requesting. I paid for a very expensive FAST TRACK sneak peek test. I asked her to provide me with the tracking number which per my conversation with sneak peek, the company that performs the tests, EEVRY SINGLE LAB PARTNER NEEDS TO GIVE YOU. Its in the box they put your samples in. Sneak Peek says that the purpose of this is for customers to be able to track their own information and ensure they get the fast track theyre paying for. For 2 consecutive days I called this lady and asked her to provide me with the tracking code. The first day she said she would call back. I waited all day and nothing. I called the following day and mentioned that she had said she would call back and never did. She said I would get the information by email that same day or else she would call me back by the end of the day. I asked her what end of the day was for them and she said 5 pm. A complete lie. She knew they closed at 4:30 and wanted me to call when they were gone already. How could you have someone providing false information to patients working for you? Its a Friday and obviously I cant do anything because theyre not there. So I ended up paying double what the regular test costs for a supposedly fast track for this woman to trick me, mislead me and take advantage of a patient because she doesnt want to be bothered.

Covid test, full price was paid out of pocket $200 since they wont contact your insurance. And insurance company did not accept the test. Multiple attemps to draw blood, at least 3 attempts. I would avoid, it seemed a bit fishy the whole thing.

Unfortunately I had to come to a place like this. But I am glad I did because Jessica made my experience so much better. I felt so comfortable. I was in and out within minutes

The lab processed my specimen quickly and shipped it to the other lab to run the tests in a speedy manner. There was an issue with the specimen, but the owner Bob was kind enough to credit my account back because I had to have my blood drawn and pay twice. He was easy to get ahold of and very courteous. I just recommend emailing him or calling and asking for him. The phlebotomist was also very nice. I was upset because she stopped answering my emails, but the problem was soon resolved directly with the owner.

I love that this is a family business so I was sure you could expect kindness and friendly people. I went to get a drug test because my job required it and it was pretty easy doing it with this business.

This has to be the most outstanding customer service Ive experienced in years. I cannot recommend them enough.
