The worst customer service ever !! The 2 employees, a girl n a guy were not helpful at all. They were not showing me where things were and made me be in line 3 times. They basically dont want to do the work and unfortunately for us there is no one to supervise there duties neither their despising attitude toward customers ignoring the fact that they DO have a job thanks to us who spends the dough there;) I will personally never go back to this place neither recommend it to my friends at least until they replace those employees and hire people who really respect and want to hold their jobs in a decent manner. I went to order a dozen balloons. I was told that they dont take orders. I was instructed to pick my colors, pay for them and to come back to get them filled. I thought it was absurd, but I followed along. (My bad I should have complained) Anyway, I brought the balloons back to be filled the next day. A really nice guy Ulysses told me that an order shouldve been taken. He filled the balloons up quickly, but I later discovered that two balloons did not get inflated. Now Im not upset about the missing balloons. Because I dont usually purchase those items. However Im trouble as to why my order wasnt taken so I couldve picked up the correct number of balloons. Will I go to party city again? Hmm... if youre white youll get great service.

Ive probably been to a Party City just a couple of times in my life. I wanted to decorate the office in pink for a colleagues birthday. I walked wanting to buy everything pink. Of course items are all over the store. The guy assisted me around the store looking for the best pink birthday items they had. I wasnt particularly in a big hurry, but it was nice having that help. Its not easy to navigate a party store like this.Parking wasnt bad, but I can imagine it gets hectic. Lots of parking spaces out back, as well as some under the structure. Entrance to the building is on the second floor. Use the stairs or elevator.

Its blah. Theres either a long line. Or when theres a short line, they still take their time and keep one register open. Theyre high school kids, so you cant expect too much.

I did come here last minute so I guess I am partially to blame but when we chose a costume and asked the lady if it was in stock she said yes and we were really happy that we finally found it somewhere but when we got to the back the employees there said that item was out of stock. So having a back up costume is important!

It was cute how unprofessional they were when I just called this location. To my question What colours of gumballs to you have?, the clerk replied Many colours. To my question Do you have red, orange, and yellow?, she replied Sure. To my question How large are the bags?, she replied Medium sized. She continually giggled to another coworker or a customer in the background the entire time between delivering vague and uninformative answers.Are these people even knowledgeable about their own inventory or give any cares to potential customers? I think not.

Always fun browsing here...I have been to a number of Party City stores and I find them all to be well-stocked and attractively merchandised. What sets this one apart for me is the customer service. The employee who was near the front entrance of the store was working on a display, but he stopped and greeted each customer that entered and thanked each one that left, purchase or not. I also noticed another employee taking his time and really helping a customer,giving her suggestions and feedback. Lots of stores limit their customer service to just pointing or giving yes or no answers, so it was refreshing to see employees really engaging customers and seeming enthusiastic about their store and their work. Sometimes it is nice to be reminded of the benefits of Brick and Mortar over simply Pointing and Clicking. Good work Guys!

This is a big store. Has more options than the one by my house on Crenshaw & PCH. I just dont like how tiny the parking spaces are. Have a big SUV & needing to get little ones in & out is hard to do when you can barely squeeze in between the cars.

We went here 5 minutes before closing. They were getting ready to close but my inlaws just wanted to buy a couple pack more of the gift bags that they bought but they didnt to let them in as theyre getting ready to close. Upsetting cause that is all that they needed to get.

The price point is much higher than I can find online, but I dont go to Party City to pay less...I go to take the kids up and down the aisles while looking through all the different party theme options and costumes. I go to buy those last minute party supplies. I go to get everything without having to dig around online for things to fill goodie bags.The shelves are always well kept when I come here. The staff keeps up with reshelving the items that were moved to the wrong home by some little (or some times grown up) fingers. You can always find parking and you can get in and out quickly.Seasonally and on weekends, the line can get a bit long. They do staff up the registers 5 or 6 deep during peak holiday season (eg. As Halloween approaches), though, which helps.

I called the store and the employee was very rude and didnt really let me finish my sentence. She didnt apologize when i continued to speak. I recommend going in person so you dont have to be annoyed by the person on the phone. However they were somewhat helpful.

Pretty good as far as party cities go (not setting the bar high). Wish there was at least one employee in the aisle area to help you locate what you are looking for and also to explain the balloon process without standing in line.

Found everything I needed. setting up a party can be a bit of the headache, but they made that process so much easier. I am happy to come here all the time.

Its a big place and they had everything I needed for Halloween from face painting to accessories and costumes.

I had to leave. I needed balloons and I got there 30 minutes before I had to get on the road. There were 18 people in front of me most needing balloons and two checkers. After 29 minutes I left. The line had only moved two people. So disappointed!

The staff here could learn to tie knots a little better. Got home with my kids $10 balloon and as I was walking to the door, the balloon took off like a rocket into the stratosphere, left me there holding the string.
