Owners and landlords be aware of the horrible service and business practices with The Eviction Company. I provided documentation to The Eviction Company to have a tenant serviced with a notice to vacate a week later and I am still waiting for proof of service. The only response from The Eviction Company was that I could have another Eviction Company have the Notice to Vacate served. I was told on multiple phone calls from a representative @ The Eviction Company that the Notice To Vacate had been served only to find out that it hadnt been.Im happy to cut my losses before any court dates were scheduled I cant imagine going to court and The Eviction Company not being prepared.

Where do I start? This company made a lot of mistakes in my case which cost me thousands of dollars in lost rent. My former manager hired this company just because they are cheap. Ill give them that. You want cheap services then youll get cheap results. Well, you get what you pay for. Take your money to a real eviction expert, not to this incompetent company.

I have taken over my father building in 2006 and have seen ( Every Evictions is different). I have made MANY phone calls to process evictions and I see the difference between a company that has been in business over 30 years like The Eviction Co. and some less than 10 years. They show upfront cost and no haggling,(No matter how long it takes to reach the tenant.) Unlike a few other companies I went to in the past, The Eviction Co. shows in court if you need them too. Real Estate isnt easy, the eviction business is bringing in the bulldog with a smile .

Nablonka Durden aka Michelle is unprofessional and immature. She claims to own this company as well as be a paralegal and now my landlord yet she cant even communicate with me. Or have someone from her office communicate with me. Initially she attempted to refuse to allow me to move into a property we both signed a lease for because I told her I would not have the security deposit by the move in date. When I then informed her less than 24 hours later that I had the full security deposit and wanted to keep my move in date as per our lease agreement she still attempted to refuse to let me move in. When I informed her that a lease was infact a legally binding contract, Nablonka who claims to have been in the landlord tenant business for 11 years didnt seem to think so. I ended up paying my security deposit and moving in. Since then this immature business woman has ceased all communication with me. I asked her over a month ago to provide me with the gardner and the pool guys schedules and she still has yet to respond. I have a right to privacy and peaceful and quiet enjoyment and I should be able to walk around my house however id like without the fear of the gardner or the pool man just waltzing into the backyard at anytime without any notice. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this unprofessional person. Take your money elsewhere. Poor communication skills. Horrible business etiquette. Avoid them at all cost. And by all means never rent from Nablonka Durden!

I didnt get rich just to let bad tenants push me around and these guys kept me from spending more money than I had to and Im grateful.

In a world that usually sees tenants as victims Im glad theres companies like this that understand landlords have a lot of trouble dealing with tenants as well thank you.

/im telling all my landlord friends about you guys, dealing with over 20 bad tenants in 6 years(i have a 10 unit appartment) of doing this you guys got them out in half the time.

Company was a waste of my time-Bad company, Bad commucation,Lawyer fees not included because all they do is the paper work and then when its time for trial they ask do you want a lawyer and if you do, They will appoint a lawyer that knows nothing about your case til the day of court,But they act like all of the paper work has been reviewed by the lawyer that will be handling the case. The day of court the lawyer had none of my paper work.Its gonna take me longer to get tenants out now. Lawyer said to me that the Eviction company had me serve wrong paper work to evict tenant, It will take a longer time to evict and you can also lose your case if they do wrong paper work. tenants can Win and Judge can lower the rent for them and continue to stay. Company Grade:D-
