Transaction went well despite the fact that the system crashed when I sent my money. Heidi followed through with her word that she will call and email as soon as she get the transaction confirmed. This remittance center is small and it is hard to notice unless you will look for it. This is on the same building where the Philippine Consulate is. Its on the basement. Google cannot locate this particular PNB Remittance Center. I have to add it twice in 2 different occasions.
I had a quick and good service experience with this branch.
The banking experience here is worse than it is in the Philippines.. takes 2 weeks just to withdraw money?? What a joke..
Slow service and too much paperwork to fill out and the lines are huge than before 😡
