Remember to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking any place. This web site will compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is one of the highest rated in this area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you choose this place you wont be let down.Comfortable beds, great airport transportation and right across the street from Budget car rental. Its a fun hotel with lots of character!
Hotel was fine except the pool was closed and they told you to go down the street to Marriott to swim. Very disappointing.Nothing to eat in the area. You have to go about a mile to find places. Will not be my first choice again moving forward.Overall, not a bad stay. Just no real choices for food, the restaurant downstairs is CRAZY expensive ($12 draft beer, $4 black coffee, 3 pancakes and coffee was $17). Would check other places first..
In October of 2020, I stayed at the Renaissance Hotel after a friends wedding and was thoroughly impressed - it was clean, processes simple and comfortable. Because of my experience this time, I wanted to stay again this September with a few friends...unfortunately, it was not the same. There was hair on the bathroom sink, floor and I ended up flipping the comforter/sheet over the 2nd day to find some more hair ( which I do believe wasnt ours considering our sleeping arrangement the first night). Then my friend encountered a rude, representative that cut her off per the phone when she just wanted some clarification about the shuttle. Additionally, when I went down to politely express our concern about the hair - it was received with the attitude of What do you want me to do about it. As someone with an extensive past of customer service, I can understand if Housekeeping is not as readily available but with C-19, one would think that they would be more adamant to serve in any way one can considering the hospitality industry really suffered under COVID. Additionally, staff should not make customers feel bad for asking questions and wanting things right when they have paid their hard-earned money to stay. I will end with one redeeming quality though - the restaurant/bar staff were their saving grace; they were so willing to accommodate our spontaneous requests when they didnt have to. We appreciated them during our stay.
The Renaissance Los Angeles was one of the best places I’ve stayed! Great staff, great food and an amazing location! Loved everything 💯🥰❤ I cant wait to come back!
I had a great experience staying in your hotel a week ago. Your place was so nice and relaxing. I love the ambiance because it was so peaceful. I thanked your staves for treating me nicely during my stay in your place. You are the best among the rest, guys! I should strongly recommend you to everyone here in our region!
Compared to other 4 stars hotels this is lackluster. Although the artsy decor is tangibly agreeable the service here is greatly lacking. Other hotels in the area have wonderful personal service very friendly.
The food was great, the decor was very interesting and lovely to look at, the room (King) is nice and comfortable. The only weird feeling I get is that the hallways are rather dark and they could improve the lighting. Its lovely and enjoyable to hang out in their lobby, which has eye-catching decor and set up. Really love staying here and I would stay here again!
Excellent location ! Very convenient next to LAX airport. Free shuttle to and from airport. Friendly staff, clean and relaxing room.
We checked in on the app and were able to bypass the front desk entirely and it was a completely seamless process! We had a question about the airport shuttle and were able to ask directly in the app and got a response in 2 minutes that answered our question. We only waited 5 minutes for the shuttle which had great service! Upon arrival the staff warmly greeted us as we made our way to our room. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable! This hotel had to have been nearly remodeled as it is nicely appointed. HIGHLY recommend staying here!! We will be back for our LAX needs!
Stayed here twice and impressive every time! Service is quick, the entry and lobby is beautiful and inviting! Courteous and over the top service! Prices are right and the amenities are outstanding! Easiest to LAX and back! Rooms clean and all access to everything, pool, fitness center, gift shop, bar, dining. Cannot go wrong here, highly recommended!
It was a stellar hotel service! No hidden charges compared to others! Mike managed to find me a room right away as He promised me. Their place was fabulous! The dining area was spacious. The lounge bar serves good mixed drinks as well. Thank you so much to all of you. I will surely come back! 5 stars all the way!
I liked my stay. Staff were cool too. Nice gym and sitting ates by pool. Room was clean and had a nice size to it. Food at the bar was good I got the chicken penne pasta. Overall it was a great week....
The front desk definitely needs to get a class in customer service. I stayed at this hotel several times during the months and it had its ups and downs. The first thing I learned is that they will not automatically give you an upgrade even if you are titanium level. You have to ask.The next thing is plan on getting a contact high from everyone smoking weed in their rooms and outside the main doors. Hopefully, I wont get tested at work. While it might be legal in Cali, those of us regulated by the Feds its frowned upon.Lastly, my was backed up and not draining even before I had a chance to use it. Not a wonderful smell.I will not stay here again. There are plenty of other Marriott properties to choose from.
I reserved this room for one night for my parents as it was conveniently 3 miles from Sofi stadium. My parents arrived at the hotel at 2am after an event they attended. The purpose of the room was mainly convenience and not necessary. At 6AM my parents were evacuated due to a fire alarm. This disrupted their sleep and night obviously and they were denied a late check out. This was not worth it considering they were only able to sleep and be in the room for 4 hours. I understand things happen but also feel the hotel should have tried to accommodate the guests better due to this disruption.
Great location, parking here is 48 a day so dont bring a car. Wifi issues the last 2 days. Wasnt hotels fault. no self laundry on site. Had to walk down to the other hotel. The Marriott down the street had a much larger pool as well. Staff here was helpful and friendly. Probably still gonna use Marriott in la but just one of the other ones in this area next time.
The Renaissance Los Angeles was one of the best places I’ve stayed. I had a very rough time getting there. I explained my exhausted state to the Valet Manager, Gilbert, and he took me as his personal responsibility to ensure that my experience from thence forth would be effortless.I was introduced to the Front desk manager, she was just as accommodating. The customer service was impeccable.A return trip is in the future.
Fraud !!!Was charged for reported damages to the room which were already there !!!!I stayed there 8/12 and checked out 8/14.The hold that was put on the card was never returned. I talked to two managers Saturday and Sunday and the hold was promised to be released and that was money would be back on my card. Today is 8/17 and my card was charged instead of my money being Returned! No one is never available in accountingYou have to call numerous of times and being placed on hold for 20-45 minutes at a time.Corporate is no held either.DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL!And Lord behold you book through a third party website. You will have to call the third party company so they CAN MAKE A COMPLAINT!Like what’s the point of calling corporate if they’re no help!do not stay at this hotelAnd do not stay in ROOM 309!
The staff at this hotel were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was delectable. They arranged for a taxi to pick us up at the airport and return us to the airport at the end of our visit. The suite was excellent, with comfortable furnishings and a comfortable bed. Wed sit here again in an instant!
Since the staff don’t know any type of information. Parking is free with your key, you can scan it entering and exiting the garage. The front desk staff will NOT let you know this information just so you can pay $49 a night. Need better training. When I asked if my parking was free because I was staying the night there, don’t say “ it’s $49 a night “ when really the room key allows you to get inside parking for free. Very money hungry and took my money after I already paid a lot of money to stay here for 3 nights.
We featured this place because my family had a great experience here. This hotel has minibar where you can enjoy your stay with your friends, relatives, and family. It has also tea and coffee making set. Especially if you really like coffee. There are flavors you can choose to taste. So, dont bother yourselves to look for the best hotel!
Room was large but dark. View was looking up at the parking lot. Bedding, service, decor very mediocre overall. Good water pressure and good food from restaurant/bar though.
Comfortable beds, great airport transportation and right across the street from Budget car rental. Its a fun hotel with lots of character!
This is not a 4 star hotel. The parking was a mess(no spot even after paying hotel parking charges), really bad room and restrooms, the front desk staff was super unfriendly, Carpets were not cleaned. The whole vibe was like a cheap motel. Not worth spending so much.
This place was better than what I expected. I felt more of a hostel/rockstar hotel vibe rather than an old fashioned hotel. Breakfast is not included but for an extra charge you get really nice and good quality food. I had eggs Benedict and expected a so so meal but to my surprise they were on point. Will definitely come back to stay there when visiting Los Angeles for a short stay (near the airport).
Easy and quick check-in. I arrived early and was able to check-in before 3pm. My room was clean and comfy! Would definitely stay again. I parked in a nearby parking garage ($16) that was safe to walk from at 2am alone. Wasn’t a fan of room service the food was very nasty and expensive for bad quality.
Clean hotel and prompt service. Staff who assisted us through out our stay was very professional. They gave us a early check-in late checkout. I would highly recommend this hotel for any couple or family.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The room itself was fine…not sure what was going on with the AC unit that made a whistling sound whenever it turned on:/
They need to let people know on their website their pool is closed before people book this place.
The hotel is nice but their pool wasn’t working, no hot tub and you have to pay 15$ a day for WiFi? Can go to McDonald’s and get free WiFi but my 200$ room doesn’t have it
Positive: Bed was very comfortable. Negative: The bathroom smelled and weed. I turned off the AC and noticed this helped with the weed smell in the room, so I kept bathroom door closed. Parking was bad, had a very difficult time finding a spot.
Rooms and amenities were great. The staff were super friendly but I can only give 3 stars because the parking garage is the worst I have ever been in. The spaces were super tight and it seemed like people just didnt care if they were inches away from other cars or not as long as they could get their vehicle in a spot. I literally could not enter my car twice over a 4 day stay because there was not enough room to open the drivers door
Very accommodating and nice for my family. Affordable great clean comfy private room, nice hotel amenities & very friendly staff! Room service was amazing and was not bothersome because we scheduled with the front desk when they should come. Roll away bed was provided fairly quick! Restaurant menu on the TV for all meals and even offered a pretty decent over night grab and go menu for the late night snacks! They will even deliver the food you order from the restaurant for $4 extra or you can just run down to pick it up after ordering over the phone from your room. Cocktails were offered as well by the bar, a bit expensive but still a nice option. Nice that it’s close to LAX too! Convenient location! Enjoyable window views! The water was always nice and hot for showers! Not something I am use to with most other hotels! Enjoyed our stay!
Positive: Location is great, it¿s clean and we sat in the lobby for a while and it was a nice feeling inside. Negative: LA is a place to be a foodie but there¿s no microwave in room to reheat your food. And parking is way too expensive
Positive: It was clean and the bed was comfortable! Negative: It smelled like cigarettes despite being in a non-smoking room. I really dont like cigarettes and tried to make sure I didnt get a room people smoked in but maybe they are all like that. if you dont mind this, I would recommend it.
Love this place and staff. Fun, classy bar sometomes live music and yummy burgers.
Loved wings! Good food, fun to watch the little planes take off and land.
Don’t book the room in this hotel . Rooms are very small and main problem is parking. For hotel customers there is no guaranteed parking even though you paid $45 . They are simply selling the parking for outsiders when hotels customers couldn’t find parking after they paid for. If you managed to park your car somewhere but if you want to go out or get some food there is no way you can find a parking . There are minimum 5 cars waiting in the line for the parking in the garage at 9..30 . So not recommended this hotel
This was overall a great stay. The hotel was clean and great quality, rooms lobby, all of it! They even comped our parking because of a wait we experienced at check in. My only complaint was that there was a pounding sound all night coming from the pipes in the walls near our room that made it difficult to sleep.
I am a DJ from NYC the promoter reserved a for 3 nights but it was supposed to be 2 nights when she canceled they did it for 1 night and she was suppose to come back to the front desk and book the second. She had an event so she forgot the hotel never called her nor emailed her to remind her. After my event I came back to the hotel room and The security took my belongings and the cleaning crew was working.I went downstairs to ask why? I was told that she was supposed to book the second night and when I asked the manager EYDIE MOH why she didnt call the promoter about the reservation she said we dont do that we tried to book a different room but the hotel was packed and I asked so I should sleep outside she said as long as it is not on the hotel property she has no compassion no heart luckily I had my brother in LA so I didnt sleep outside
Im not trying to be nitpicky here, and I totally understand the increasing stress during the pandemic.Although the rest of the room seems relatively clean, same definitely cant be said for the bathroom. Finding a used towel on the shower curtain rod is definitely not confident inspiring during the pandemic. And on a side note, the toilet bowl could definitely need some more scribing...
It started at the shuttle service from lax. The driver didnt even attempt to assist me with my bag and it was bigger than I am. Check in was ok. I went over to the bar to order some food at about 9:25-9:30pm before they closed as informed by the front desk. When I walked up to the bar there was no hi can I help you I had to ask for help then the bartender Dalila pointed to and told me I had to order from a stand up menu. She didnt even attempt to show me the paper menu on the bar that I noticed after the fact. While waiting I ordered a drink. Dalila handed me my check without as much as a straw or a thank you. I decided not to tip her due to her lack of customer service. One thing I did notice was that when another customer walked up she greeted them and asked how she could help. Once my food was ready I ordered another drink to go. Again she handed it to me along with my check no thank you, no straw so I didnt tip. I cant believe this is the behavior of a Marriott associate. I myself worked for the Marriott almost 30+ years ago so I am well aware of Marriotts reputation and the type of customer service expected. Please do better staff.
Lovely Place To Stay Comfortable Beds And Rooms Were On Point .Pool and Gym To Work Out.
Positive: Pleasant staff and convenient location too LAX. Shuttle was prompt and check in easy. The room was clean and comfortable.
We frequently use the park and fly package when we fly out of LAX. When we first started staying at the hotel utilizing the park and fly it was not smooth. We would have to deal with the front desk, show them the rate etc. but this has improved in our last two stays. Seems like they worked out the kinks. If I based my rating on our last stay I would give 5*The rooms are clean and quiet in spite of being a few blocks from LAX. Our last stay was during Covid and their sanitizing protocol was good. The restaurant was doing take out only and was pretty overwhelmed at breakfast. There was no room service offered at that time (April 2021).
Love this hotel, very clean, nice staff, easy check in and check out. A 10 out of 10!
The room was great, bed was comfy and everything was clean. Lobby is chic and well put together. The reason for my 3 star is you have to pay a separate $45 a night for parking and the spots are so tight that even fitting a two door to as a challenge (even for LA that is high). When shopping around for a hotel, keep in mind this will knock it back to a price point where other hotels that may have seemed more expensive (with included parking) were. Location is good, you do not hear the airport even though you’re 5 mins away. 15 minutes way from Santa Monica which was a plus. I’d go back, but if some sort of deal was offered which included parking.
This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. It looks nice when you first walk in but looks are definitely deceiving. they charge 49 dollars a night for parking, they don’t have a jacuzzi, the room refrigerator did not work, room was warm and thermostat kept changing, only good things about this hotel is the bed and the staff. I will never be coming here again
Great location in walkable distance to the los angeles airport, or shuttle will take you. decent pool, beds very comfortable. nice hotel, felt very clean, and staff was great!!
If you’re looking for an airport hotel - no frills. This is it. Parking was a nightmare. Staff were friendly but we saw a manager confront a lady in front of many guests which was embarrassing. We felt bad for her. Rooms are dated and the AC shuts off all night long. But it works for the price.
Do not buy off of hotwire. You buy cheap from them then end up buying another 45 dollars to park your car. So basis the rate you get its 45 dollars hire. But this place was very nice and worth the price besides the parking. Everything was clean.
Nice hotel...Only thing I didnt like is, they charge there guest 45.00 for self parking.
Great location to be older building. The beds are banging for a good nights sleep. And they also have bathtubs which is a plus. Bar and food.
Avoid this hotel if you are parking for the airport!!!!!! The shuttle never came after 45 minutes of waiting and we ended paying another shuttle to drop us off. We couldn’t get out of the garage and called the attendant for help and no one answered. I also tried calling the hotel for assistance and no one is answering the hotel line! I ended up having to park my car again and ran around the whole building to get help. The valet guy was a complete jerk and said why didn’t I use the call button. I told him I used it several times and no one answered. Honestly this was an absolutely nightmare. Marriott you lost my business.
Excellent customer service from front desk to bellmen. Ill be back! Great for people with a service animal. ❤🐕❤
Positive: Clean and comfortable Negative: Hard to find the shuttle to the hotel after landing at LAX. I had to take a taxi.
Positive: The gentleman that helped me check in. Negative: The hotel was really disgusting, the elevators were dirty with spit on the ground. My room was dirty. The parking garage was overpriced and I could barely find parking because cars were taking up 2 parking spots.
Front desk and restaurant staff were very good and room was old and outdated by clean. Lobby, hallways, common areas where all filthy. Security staff didn’t even pretend to enforce Covid protocols. Individuals that were not guests were allowed to congregate in the lobby. This was reported by several guests to the front desk who notified security who chose to do nothing. Smoking weed inside elevators, lobby and hallways. Advertised as a non smoking hotel. Spoke with a Airline Captain while waiting to check in who said he was concerned for his crews safety and was going to ask front desk for options before calling his employer.
Really interesting experience. The front desk was nice. But the carpet in my room was filthy. The valet didnt even offer to bring our bags in and didnt offer to anyone else. I am curious how this place is a 4 star hotel?
The staff absolutely wonderful, cant say that enough. The food just doesnt taste good, order take outMy room had some rust spots in the sink but im guessing thats because they are using an aggressive cleanerThe room itself had carpet that has seen better days and the headboard behind my bed was pretty dusty i cleaned it myself. The mattress was comfortable however.I would give 3.5 stars if I could.
Nice hotel; clean, updated & very comfy beds. Couldn’t ask for more at the rate I found on their website. Great shower pressure & modern tv too.
Housekeeping staff is super nice as well as front desk and the bar/restaurant on the lobby is working, what’s deceiving is the phone operator will tell you the pool is open when it’s not. It’s a nice property right across the street from Avis.
-Worst Airport Shuttle Pick Up Service.1 bus stopped, nearly filled, but said they couldn’t take a surfboard bag & left without explanation of what to do. I had called ahead of time letting them know I had a surfboard. 2nd bus passed. Called again. Got on 40 min later and now am stopped 15 min because the wheelchair ramp wouldn’t lower. He was about to leave the older man on the wheelchair, when a pilot just stood up and said “there’s a dangling wire right here” he connected it & the ramp lowered. My husband helped him load and unload all luggage and still tipped him $20.Checked in after already paying online and they almost charged me again.Rooms teeny tiny! And the massive tv isn’t even infront of the bed, so after a long cramped flight & late night getting in after traveling you cant even lay and watch tv. You have to lay on your side & look side ways. Air con super loud.I took a gamble trying this hotel.Hilton & more reputable hotels near are same price- would definitely go with them instead next time.Front bell boy super nice and helpful.
Beware! Read before booking! We stayed here 4/2/21-4/3/21Ill start with the good points to this hotel:This hotel is close to the airport, has a great shuttle service and the park, fly, stay option that is affordable. The staff is helpful and the shuttle pick up from LAX runs every 20 minutes and the drivers are great! Check in and check out were easy. These are the reasons for the rating. If not for these things, Id have given it 1 star. Now for the bad:The hotel looks nice at first, but looks are deceiving. We arrived at around 1am from a long flight and had parked our car here while on vacation. We utilized the park, fly, stay offer. At the entrance near the trash cans there were discarded dirty clothing and literally a pile of human feces on ground! It was disgusting and shouldve been our first clue, but it was too late to leave as this was the end of our trip. The room had a stale odor and was very warm. I turned down the temperature and went to bed. During the night it reset and got hot in the room again. I was concerned that it wasnt really clean, but it was late and we only had to stay there a few hours.Definitely wont stay here again! It was very disappointing for a Marriott brand hotel. Apparently the standards arent what they used to be or should be.
Shuttle runs 24 hours and every 15-20 mins. I had a weird experience at the front desk where a couple in front of me ordered food or something to their room which caused the employee to leave the desk. A few mins later a woman came from the back room (I assumed folks back there were on a break), to do something on the computer but she did not acknowledge me at all. She saw me because we nearly made eye contact and I was the ONLY person there. She said nothing. She returned to the back, came out again and still did not acknowledge my presence at all, not even to say thanks for waiting give me a second. I had to just ask my question. Similar experience happened with my wife at the bar, she walked up and the bartender said nothing despite seeing her. When these kinds of things happen I always wonder are people just awful employees? Is it because Im a Black woman that my needs are deemed less important? Just weird.
Positive: Wrong hotel listed. I stayed at Holiday Inn Express on Airport Blvds. near LAX. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The maid service was good. Negative: The pool and hot tube was closed. The delicious looking breakfast buffet was closed and replaced with a bag of a problematic low quality stuff- no plate for microwave- no knife to spread cream cheese. Tested painfully load fire alarm for an hour! No decor
Quiet rooms. Staff very nice.
Loved it! Good food and drink. Great atmosphere.
This hotel took a deposit from me.I was totally fine with that. I wasn’t told that we had to pay for parking. So I’m thinking I’m getting my deposit back. NOPE! They used that for my parking fees that I wasn’t made aware of. Very poor communication. I will not stay here or recommend this place EVER!!!
Great customer service. Room could use some paint.
Parking is $45 per day extra and parking spaces are very compact.
I made a reservation for one night and then an hour later tried to move it a day earlier to better reflect my travel plans. An hour. Not after the hotel had sold out all the rooms for a Monday night. Not after they had staffed for the planned occupancy. This is not hospitality in the slightest.
You have to pay a separate $45 a night for parking. When looking around for a hotel, keep in mind this will knock it back to a price point where other hotels that may have seemed more expensive (with included parking) were. And never choose Room # 601. They put the TV on the wrong wall. You cannot watch tv when you lie down in the bad. 🤦♀️🤦♀️
The room itself was comfy, and roomy! Advise get some carpets shampooed. Yet, your housekeeper was available. Thanks.
Positive: The area! Negative: The high cost in parking when you have a room there!$45.00 a day to park yourself not valet! Had to beg for towels several times!
I booked my 2 night stay online.. when I arrived I was told I had to put down another $50 deposit for each night I was there... another $100 and it will apparently be refunded. Then they told me it was $50 a night to park there, and $15 a day to use WiFi. Nothing on their websites states any of these extras fees... I stated my frustrated and they waved the parking but really? THEN the whole parking garage is full! Why charge people if they can’t even park there?! Then I get to my room and there is broken glass on the floor and it looked like someone just shaved in the bathtub.. not to mention I’m pretty sure they can control the thermostat because no matter how many times I would turn the AC on a while later it was always on something else and the heater on. I went to check out and not even asked about my stay, just a “you’re good to go”.. awful experience and I won’t be back. Also the walls are thin as hell and all you can hear is loud sex everywhere you go.
Visiting from New York for college tour. Perfect hotel for free shuttle ride from airport (avoided overnight parking fee). Checkin process at 11:00 PM was quick and professional. Female clerk took on 2 hefty guys who did not want to follow mask protocol in a respectful but firm way, they complied. We rented executive suite with King size bed and fold out coach bed for our teenager. Perfect space for solid sleep and personal space for the 3 of us. Everything clean and bed uber comfortable, pillows too. Was only $149.The breakfast cafe (Starbucks coffee) was professionally run by one gentleman, he was speedy and organized. Food is as better than expected, had scrambled eggs and Turkey sausage.Walking distance to a few off site car rental companies. Save a bunch and avoided midnight hassle of renting the car last night.
Everything you need in an airport hotel. I especially appreciated the late night staff. Very helpful.
It was comfortable to stay there. In my opinion the meals at the hotel restaurant were highly priced.
Positive: Everything! Negative: I noticed two charges on my Credit Card - not sure for what. Means that I now have to waste time to call and see what is going on. Unhelpful.
Customer service here was poor aside of the lady at the front desk who checked me in who was really sweet btw. My room was clean. Issue I had is the refrigerator in my room was hot and leaking, when I called the front to help with the issue the maintenance guy came in and looked at it and said the refrigerator was actually a cooler and not to expect it to get cold like one and to basically ignore the leaking.. after already explaining to him that I just purchased a gallon of milk that obviously needed to stay cold for my child. He said he would come back with another refrigerator and never did when I called to ask about It I got a attitude from the young boy on the phone and my of course my daughters milk was spoiled by checkout. Never coming back to a hotel who lies about their coolers in the rooms being refrigerators. Save your money and stay at the Sheraton around the corner at least you actually get a robe and their customer service is AMAZINGGAnd the refrigerators actually work
No towels, found some used towels on toilet, no parking for guests, they sell parking spots to outsiders and guests as well.. even though we’re paying for parking no spot guarantee once you take out your car.. I rented a car, paid for parking in the same hotel I paid for, apart from hotel and paid Uber to go out..
Positive: Nice decor, friendly staff, large room. Very close to the airport.
Clean room, comfy bed, and friendly staff! Shower did not drain well, but other than that we had no issues.
No comp breakfast, clean, very nice, 5 min from airport, 10 miles from beach, will need a rental but good location. 4 stars only because my joining room door handle was broken and they never came to fix it after i reported.
I was happy to spend some days here. The place is clear, quiet and very secured. Nothing to worry about. I really recommend.
Absolute best hotel ever. Food is great. Workers are polite. No reason to hate
Fairly decent hotel centrally located parking situation is horrendous you pay $45 a night and youre lucky if you find parking
Negative: You have to pay for internet and there were no bottle waters available. We didn¿t see a gift shop where we could buy snacks and water.
Great service. Exelent breakfast. Very clean.
It was clean quiet hotel next to the airport very convenient.
Love it....mobile key✅ good bar food✅ small but clean room ✅
