This place is a nightmare to park your rig always busy they did load me quick so i was happy about that 👍

Someone please fire all the rude front ladies... Went to pick up an order and the front ladies are just awful customer service. Forklift guys were awesome... But only dealt with then for about 2 minutes.

This place is a nightmare, the entrance is full of the workers vehicles. No told me how to leave this place, so when I returned to the entrance the guard made me back up and told me where to exit. KW/53 trailer. NIGHTMARE ON STEROIDS. On the plus side my load was ready when I arrived. Hence the 2 stars.

Tricky getting in. Entrance on south end. Exit on north end. Quick loading. Not crowded. Happy overall with this shipper.

They deserve a NO STAR, well just the ladies in shipping, they have no customer service they should work in the back where no one sees them. The fork lift guys are awesome fast.

I go here at least two times a month to make pick-ups. The people there are nice and willing to help when asked to.

To be honest I was worried about delivering here after reading the reviews. But to my surprise it only took them 1 hour to unload me, I was here at at 6:15 a.m. and was out by 7:15 a.m. security lady was very nice gave me directions to shipping office and what dock door to check into. (this is a huge place ). Docking is tight with a 53 footer but not impossible. Receivers very helpful giving you a door right away and starting to unload almost immediately. Office lady at receiving office very polite . There was four other trucks here all arriving within 5 minutes of each other and they were all unloaded within the same time frame as I was super fast in my book. Definitely come back again to deliver thank you guys for all your hard work!.

These guys are quick but tight spots if you are a rookie avoid this place. Roach coach goes in at breakfast and lunch. Getting out and catching the freeway is a whole new set of problems. But not impossible just read the signs.

Historical place

This place hired me through an agency call staffmark. I attended the assignment, was told to report to Albert. I did as ask only to find out it was only a 5 day assignment when they had said it was looking for long term. Albert the person I had to report to ask me to go to the 4th floor to help with picking. I did and reported to a person named Claudio. I began working, and continued to work on the 4th floor because Albert had ordered me too! Then I continue to work their, and start seeing the main people in charge on their cellphones, cursing, horse playing, and I ignore the status of the situation and continue working. If had a question I would go to my lead for help or other employees there picking for assistance. The whole time I was working there. They kept giving me other peoples username and password to work under their log in. But it seems the people in charge there are not really working as should. So long story short. My assignment was ended. They couldnt even give me a reason as to why?! I felt discrimination from both these people. Albert and Claudio. I even called Albert to find out why?! But hes response was what Claudio had mentioned to him. But it was a lie, I called Albert to figure this out. But he had no response. Then cutt me of the line when he mentioned to call back in 30 min.These people shouldnt hire with false advertisements. I never missed a day of work while I was their, worked as everyone else. But Luckily I had other jobs calling me at the same pay rate Im seeking. Dont waste your time if you dont want to be discriminated by these folks. To tell you the truth this is a lawsuit! They also have everything un organized in there. They a new management. This a wrongful termination!

Horrible Service. We dont do business with this company but they keep billing our FedEx account for shipments that are not ours. I called and was told to email them, I emailed them and it still keeps happening, I called aging they say emails us aging. This is crazy. Its a simple problem someone should of taking ownership of it and fixed it rather than push me around and pass it on to someone else who does nothing about it.

Its very crowded with trucks...no room to manuever when backing into docks with 53ft trls ...your either blocking someone or someone is bloking you....this place sucks
