I dont know how they can do any worse. Our limo had dirty cups and napkins. Didnt get the booster seat we paid for. We still used Safe Ride for our return trip to the airport with black car service and they didnt show up, came 20 minutes after calling. Car was junk, clunky worn shocks and the driver bought a car seat on the way because he forgot the booster. Well the car seat was cheap and didnt work out. The driver uses his phone on his lap for GPS...?? Such an amature service. I would never recommend under any circumstances. Id rather had an Uber or Lyft.

Reserving a ride with this company is a waste of your time. I reserved over almost 2 weeks in advance for a ride to LAX for an international flight to Canada and the night before my early 3:30 am scheduled pick up. I had this snotty little lady explaining to me that Canada wasnt an international flight and I could arrive an hour before the scheduled flight time of 7:30 AM. Dont know where she learned her Geography but I canceled the pick up as I didnt feel like arguing.

Unfortunately I didn’t check the reviews before booking my car. The charged me for meet and greet but nobody was waiting for me. I had to call and wait for a car to pick me up. The guy at the phone was rude and useless. Safe time and money, don’t use this company. It’s a joke.

We have used many limo services in the past, and this was by far, the WORST. The driver never introduced himself, was clearly not a professional driver, and the vehicle was old, run down, and smelled like too much deodorizer had been used to mask unpleasant odors. The car seats were ripped. The shield between the driver and us was filthy. When we arrived at our house the bags were brought out of the car, set in the storm drain, and no offer of taking them to our front door. Disgraceful. Other limo companies send new vehicles and professional drivers for about the same price as this ripoff company charged us. The service was not commensurate with the premium price they charged us.

The car broke down in the middle of an intersection on the way from DisneyLand to the airport. We had to walk my 4 yr old and all our luggage to a gas station then call a Uber to get to the airport in order to make our flight on time. The car was obviously not in good driving condition, but the company sent it to pick us up anyway. The driver did not seem like a professional driver. He was trying to work on the car when he picked us up by adding coolant to the vehicle before we left.

Totally rude and unprofessional, driver wouldnt help with luggage, became angry and aggressive with me. Put me on the phone with their dispatch who was rude and yelled at me over the phone. When we finally got to the car (which was parked on the FOURTH FLOOR!!), it was full of boxes and car seats despite arranging for an SUV to accommodate our oversized luggage. We had to squeeze in like sardines. Driver nearly had an accident pulling away from the curb. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

OMG I don’t know where to start. The most unsafe. Disgusting service for $130. The worst part the dispatch, she was soo rude and unprofessional. I should have taken an Uber! DO NOT USE SAFERIDE TRANSPORT, you’ll regret it.

I contracted with Saferide for a limo trip round trip from LAX to Disneyland for my Grandsons birthday surprise. The pickup at LAX was 45 minutes late and only due to the excellent service of our driver Victor did it not ruin the trip. The return trip home....they never showed up. When I called they said they didn’t have a car available that would make our flight in time and I better get a taxi. Customer service was rude and blamed me for their scheduling issue. We made our flight but with just a few minutes to spare when our hotel helped us out.Do not spend your money with this company.

Good service. The vehicle came with the requested child seats already installed. Driver arrived slightly later than the scheduled time due to traffic, but it was simple to get the status update by calling the service number.

Hard pass on using these folks again. Normally I would never leave someone a bad review but they had the opportunity to fix a problem and didnt rise to the occasion. I ordered a pick up for a flight which we encountered no issues because it was a Sunday evening but when I called to let them know we were available for an earlier pick-up on Thursday morning, the dispatch told me that our driver wouldnt be on time but rather, would be 15 minutes late. I notified them that wouldnt work for us as we had a flight to catch and they set the pick-up time. She told me the airport had NO flights and would be not busy. Oh really? Nobody is flying out of an airport during the day??? Find that to be odd. I asked to be credited for my purchase because I requested a luxury vehicle that wouldnt be on time so instead they would send a van. The manager called me back and I told him I could easily call an uber instead. He threw it in my face that I wouldnt be able to get car seats to accommodate my toddlers. Newsflash, uber has family rides and you can request it. These people need serious attitude adjustment if theyre going to stay in business in the future. So glad I spent nearly $300 with a company that treats your reservation as if its a bother.

Great Limousine service. Very professional driver, arrives on time and is ready to take you anywhere you want, even though it was not planned. After first to take pictures he refilled the limo with more drinks. I would definitely do more business with them.

On Wednesday night we were supposed to get a ride with this company from LAX to home. But because it took us longer to get out, the driver left us at LAX with no way to get home safely with a car seat.So today I called customer service to request a partial refund as I understand that the driver needed to be paid for his waiting time but the lady on the phone was the most unprofessional customer service agent I have ever encountered in my life. She dared to yell at me and told me to shut up and listen to her. When I was already in silence she was yelling ARE YOU DONE TALKING? ARE YOU SURE? CAN I TALK NOW? WILL YOU INTERRUPT ME AGAIN? Her tone was condescending and disrespectful.After this horrible experience, I do not recommend this company to any family with kids. PLEASE, use other companies that are more compassionate. Because after a 20h trip with an exhausted 2-year-old, the last thing you need is to be at LAX with no way to get home. It was devastating.

So wonderful! Jhon and his team took care of me, even with a pretty short notice AND over the holidays. I was early (in a good way) for my flight to DC and when I came home late in the evening on my return trip, all I had to do was get in the car, relax and enjoy getting home.

Used saferide a few times. Its 5 star service. Professional and courteous drivers, punctual and reasonable prices. 👌👍2020 Update: Used their service again this year. Still 5 STAR service. Highly recommended.

Do Not Use Safe Ride Limo Service - I booked a car to take home from LAX after a flight from Rome and saw the charge appear on my Amex account but never received confirmation or instructions from the company.Upon arriving there was no driver in the reception area with a sign and still no contact from the company. We ended up getting an Uber (which is a nightmare at LAX) and headed home. Half way there a got a call from the company saying “where are you? I’m here to pick you up!” When I explained what had happened I was hung up on and then called back from the office - they couldn’t explain why there was no confirmation given and why there was no contact from the driver and just said “oh well“ – I assumed it was over but two days later they charged my card the full amount after no services were rendered.I recommend you look elsewhere for car service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYThis company left my client stranded at the airport after flying in from London. They told me several different stories about what time they supposedly arrived at the airport why didnt pick up my client as contracted. Jonathan from customer service was very rude and dismissive about the fact that my clients were stuck at the airport for several hours while we arranged for different transportation. I have used many different livery services all over the world and have never dealt with a company that is this bad. Stay away.
