We go there specifically after work because they say close late at 12am but we got there around 8.30pm and the old lady who works there stands in the door and asks me are you gonna finish by 10?? because I have to close at 10pm I can wait for you 30 more min but thats it I have to close it was so sudden and i said yes Im gonna finish before that time and she moved away from the door for starters that was rude after that she was just walking around me all the time like it was uncomfortable 🙃 it took me longer than expected and a little before10 she was already complaining to her coworker really annoying.Second time I went around 8pm the lady wasnt there but the guy who always in a bad mood same situation that they have to close at 10 so a lady told him it says last wash10.30 outside and he said but the owner changed the hours so the lady said you should put a sign out there so people dont get confused.I had 3 washers and when 1 of them stopped he came to tell your washer has stopped I said yes I know thank you Im waiting for the other two like they are always behind you??

Have been coming here from day one they opened but the lady that works in the afternoon is so rude, here doing laundry and even that they have a sign on the front saying last wash at 10:00 she didn’t let a lady to come in saying she was going to close at 10:00 🤨🤨

Run of the mill laundry mat. Unfriendly service (Korean owned?) no English and machines that don’t clean well. Also overpriced. 🤷🏻‍♂️

This place is a joke! Most of their washers don’t work AND they didn’t even TRY to offer a refund. 4 dollars just to watch my dirty clothes wash in water only! And most of my clothes weren’t dry after 4 times in the dryer. Waste of money, waste of time.Never coming here again and I suggest you don’t either.

Never ever come here! We just drag our laundry like a mile to get wash & fold (after having gotten wash and fold here for several months) and the owner rudely refused to provide that service for us despite a banner outside advertising it. I asked why not and she said she was sick so I asked when it would be possible in the future and she said “I’ll be sick all month” and told me to go away. She then proceeded to accept laundry from other customers to do Wash & Fold so there was clearly some weird reason she didn’t like me and it was clear she took strange pleasure from refusing service. Rude and bizarre— go anywhere else

The lady in the evening in charge of the laundry, opened up 3 washer machines I had started and paid for all ready. Talking about the washer is over full only 10 lb . The bothering part about this besides that I was not pass the load limit is that she had the nerve to go through the wahers open up and stop all 3 wahers . I felt like my privacy was invaded, I have never experienced something like this. Its very weird and bothering. I started a 4th machine to avoid any drama because I was had started washing all ready and I just wanted to finish and leave this place. The nerve of that women she could have definitely done things differently. Im a regular customer here and I will definitely Not be coming back .

Very clean and neat

The parking is small, you have to hit some of the machines for them to work. The staff is friendly though, they are usually helpful.

This was a really bad experience i was folding out side with my mom and the owner just comes to take away the cart and i was holding on to it and she starts slapping me and i have to admit the washers are pretty good but im a minor and no one should even think of touching a underage child.

Over price for mediocre quality of service !!

Laundry machine ate my money and the employee refused to give me a refund. Also there are roaches here.

It is the best laundry, what happens that we see problematic clients, we think that because we are clients and we are going to save, we are going to treat employees badly, we all deserve respect and I see how clients lack respect to those who work there, employees are very good people they try to give their best they are very kind and very friendlyThe only thing I can tell you if you dont like to go there, no berries and if you are problematic oh problematic and nowhere will you be happy, good morning and God bless you 👍
