I got laser hair removal on my neck and it was great! I have been trying to find the right service and so happy to have found Laser Away. Their staff was so helpful and really made the experience incredible. I had nurse Tamika, she was amazing!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I sent an inquiry to website for laser hair removal services and got a call back within minutes. I spoke with Rita Boukidjian who quickly made an appointment and took my payment. Unfortunately, during my appointment for upper lip and under arms the nurse let me know I was not booked for under arms. She left the room a for a while and returned only to tell me that I was booked for lips and chin. When I asked the front desk staff for clarification they were unable to give me any information or give me an explanation of any sort. I was assured that they would review the error and call me back to reschedule once they knew what had happened. I e-mailed Rita that evening to inform her of the incident and asked her to confirm with the clinic the services I had booked. I was able to get in touch with a member from another region who tried to help me but was unable to do much other than push for Rita to respond to me since she is not in the same region and unfortunately I am not her client. Almost a week went by before I got any response and when we spoke on the phone she said she had not seen her emails in a few days and instead of acknowledging a mistake was done with my order. The response I received form Rita was that I must have MISUNDERSTOOD her. Then she let me know Laser Away does not offer the package I thought I had booked and that for my inconvenience she could do me the favor of letting me do one or the other. I asked for a refund and she said Laser Away does not give refunds but that she would inquire. This was last week and I am still waiting to hear back. So I advise you to spare yourself the trouble of dealing with unresponsive, unprofessional people.

I have love my results so far, as a male I thought i would se limited results, however, the progress is great and I’m not even close to being done yet! Always clean and the staff is friendly 100% recommended.

My laser hair removal treatment was so expensive, was lead to believe my package included numbing, which I desperately needed because it was unbearably painful. Paid an extra $150 to add on numbing, which barely did anything. Almost a thousand dollars later, and 8 sessions, I still have a substantial amount of hair on my underarms, even though my hair is very dark, and thick, which is apparently ideal for laser removal. I will not be booking additional appointments with them, because their laser scares me. I’m so glad I found a different, better, less painful clinic to get treatments from.Also, they try to upsell you on additional treatments on your visits, which is annoying.

I love this place! TAMIKA (I hope I spelled her name right) is so lovely and welcoming. She did my Juvederm XC and let me tell you she did a fascinating job! She is very professional and confident about how she works. I felt very comfortable with her doing my Brazilian. I hope I get her for my next session because she satisfied the way I wanted my treatment. It felt like she knew where to laser as if I was doing it myself. The receptionists are so friendly and they listen to what you need and don’t make you feel like they are trying to sell you something you don’t need. I received a good discount for my treatment. Overall the visits are always spectacular. Cant wait for my next!!

Great staff always helpful and friendly, but do not finance with Ally Lending they charge you interest even if you have the 12 month promo. I recommend you pay out of pocket.

The staff here is excellent in every way! The services I receive have been a life changer and has given me hope lol. With only 3 sessions of clear & brilliant so far, I have gotten results that a year of different products hadn’t given me! I would refer ANYONE to visit LaserAway and try their services!!!

Very attractive people here and professional

I was initially impressed with the friendliness of the staff. They answered many questions and the process for Cool Sculpting seemed easy enough. I was told I would see 20% reduction in the treatment area.I had a follow-up some time later and showed no results. I was advised to purchase another treatment. I explained that I wasnt comfortable paying several thousand dollars more for a treatment that already showed no results. I was also told that a regional representative was responsible for handling this matter and that she would contact me. For various reasons, I wasnt given a number to contact on this matter.A month later - no representative has phoned me. And no results from using the Cool Sculpting procedure. I appreciate their friendly smiles, but for a few thousand dollars payment I expect results AND a representative to communicate with me on the matter.Not standing behind a product and not communicating with the customer when that product fails isnt even worth 1 star.

They made me feel very comfortable. Not only were they very professional, but they also made me laugh while I was going through the more painful parts of the procedure. They let me take breaks if needed, and I will definitely be going back for more things!

Ive been seeing Maxi for awhile for Brazilians and she is awesome!!! She does an amazing job, very thorough and as pain free as a Brazilian can be. She is so warm, friendly and easy to talk to. Definitely recommend going to see her.

LOVED how easy and nearly painless the process was! I got a great deal by taking advantage of their end of year discounts on treatments. After years of waxing, I am SO surprised by how fast the process is each treatment and it is much less painful than waxing. Best of all, no soreness after you leave! I would recommend to anyone.

Just had Thermage on my face. Has a great experience in the DTLA office with Chelsea and her crew. I will say, definitely NOT painless but I’ve seen the after effects on friends and we’ll worth a couple uncomfortable hours. Chelsea was lovely and very professional, she explained every step along the way and I’m very excited to see the effects in a few months! Highly recommend!

I go to the laser away in Brea and everyone there is always so helpful and friendly. I have 3 procedures going on right now two are hair removal and one is a tattoo removal and so far my results are exactly what was told to me in my consultation. I definitely recommend this place for hair and tattoo removal.

Amber was awesome! She helped me yesterday at my laser hair removal visit on 4/30/19 at the Brea location. She explain all the steps and what she was doing during the process. It was fast and pleasant visit.

This is about my most recent visit to Laser Away brea for laser hair removal. Shadi is awesome. The nurse (I couldnt get her name) was great. Through out the treatment she was focused and also did small talks when she felt she need to divert my attention as she was working on some sensitive areas of my body.
