I purchased the DMH Aesthetics Light Shield back in December last year. I love the product and it has been part of my daily routine since it arrived. However, the arm of the shield has broken. I had noticed, that bits of the plastic arm had started to chip away where the hinge is and as a result the whole arm broke off the hinge. Two weeks later one of the nose pieces broke off as well. I care for this light shield immensely, so the fact that it has broken is surprising and quite devastating. I have contacted DMH Aesthetics on two seperate occasions but have not had a response (and the first email was sent weeks ago; end of May). The product is still under warranty however I feel that the warranty isnt valid because I have had no response from this company.This product is poor quality and for the price it is disappointing, wouldnt recommend.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I’ve asked for management to get back to me numerous times, still no response. I purchased 4 areas of cool sculpting after a consultation with the Nurse that had 10 years of experience. After I purchased she quit. So they had to cancel my 1st appointment the day before. THERE WAS NO ONE TO DO COOL SCULPTING CAUSE NO ONE WAS TRAINED! So I had to wait till some Nurse got trained. Wait… am I a guinea pig? So weeks later… I got a appointment. And the 2nd and 3rd time I had to call the day of and confirm I had a appointment - and they said they had to cancel. If I the customer did that 3 times they wouldn’t even take my appointments anymore. They would just take my money for wasting time. I was patient with DMH even tho they wasted my time and I kindly asked for a refund. STILL NO RESPONSE. If you want to waste your time and money and get no experience nurses to do treatments go to DMH.

Lisa and Oscar are amazing!! I’m so glad I found DMH and highly recommend them to all my friends. Oscar is always super kind, helpful and extremely responsive; and Lisa is the best! If you go here, definitely see Lisa.. or not because I still need to be able to book with her :) But really, the first time I met her, it felt like we knew each other for years; and I know I’m not alone as I hear her with so many others who feel the same. She makes you super comfortable throughout the whole procedure and never misses a beat. I call her Wonder Woman lol.Not gonna lie, I come here to see Lisa and Oscar as much as I come for the treatments- they’re that good and you can’t beat their specials. Do yourself a favor and go see them! You won’t regret it.

I cannot say enough good things about Lisa- she is truly the star of the show! Prior to coming to DMH, I had done consultations with 5 other clinics in LA because I wanted to make sure I was finding a clinic that I would provide me with the best care. As soon as I had my consultation with Lisa, I immediately knew that I wanted to get my treatment done with her!This was the first time getting any type of treatment, so I was a little anxious at first. But Lisa was so incredibly friendly, helpful, professional, and extremely knowledgeable; she made me feel so at ease that I wanted to get started that same day! She is also super welcoming and is very honest with you; anytime I had a question she would reply instantly. I couldn’t have have had a better first experience thanks to her. I highly, highly recommend her to ANYONE! :)

My entire life Ive always been self conscious about how many moles and freckles Ive had. I have fair and easily sun damaged skin, and as the years have passed, my sun damage and freckles have gotten worse and worse. I used to think there was nothing that could be done for it, except to use full coverage makeup to lessen the spots, but then I got introduced to the magical mystical IPL photofacial. Alas, my worries and embarrassment could become a thing of the past.I was very nervous for my first treatment... I thought it would hurt and be scary and that afterwards I would look frightening. WRONG. The sweet nurse explained every detail to me to set me at ease and walked me through the entire thing, which by the way only took about 15 or 20 mins. It didnt hurt! It felt like tiny rubber band snaps, but super quick. So so so much easier and less frightening than I ever thought. Over the next few days my freckles and dark spots got a little darker and then gradually flaked off. It was all easily covered by makeup. I had 3 sessions on my face and each time my freckles and pigmentation faded more and more easing my insecurities. My results were so astonishing that I realized how much my face and chest no longer looked like matching skin (which is amazing but came the time to now have perfect skin everywhere)! Thats when I decided to do my chest and shoulders. The results from just a single treatment were so unbelievable. I will let the picture speak for itself!! I cant wait for my 2nd treatment next week! Overly priced and no real results. Vanquish me was recommended for half the price, wich was still $2000 for 4 sessions. 2 months after the treatment, there were no results. I would recommend a different place if you want better pricing, and another form of fat reduction procedure for optimal results. If you are planning to spend $2000, the money is better spent somewhere else, with a personal trainer who can help you with a good routine to lose weight and see results, or another type of procedure beside vanquish me. Their laser hair prices are also overpriced because of the location. There are better places in Glendale at a 1/3 the price and better the quality. The place does have good costumer interaction and they are nice, but the services they offer for laser hair removal and Vanquish Me I would not recommend.

I recently purchased the DMH Light Shield and had extreme irritation under my eyes and across my eyelid. I reached out to DMH for advice and they answered by advising I stop using the light shield and that they do not offer returns (which I never asked for). For an aesthetic company that created a product I expected them to be eager to discuss what could be causing the irritation. Instead they were dismissive and condescending.

Do not get laser hair removal here. My daughter underwent several bikini laser hair removal treatments and the last one left her with second degree burns. She is young and will be left with permanent scarring.

I love DMH!! Its awesome to live in Southern Cali but all the sun isnt great for my skin. DMH is where I go to rejuvenate. Thanks to the friendly staff, relaxing and serene environment, I always look forward to my visits. A special shout out to Chelsi for the awesome work she does!

I highly recommend this product to everyone!! This product is amazing and leaves your skin feeling clean, refreshed and residue free. I raved about it so much my boyfriend stole my products. Can’t wait until I can get more. Money well spent!!

This place is awesome! I went here for laser hair removal in my bikini area. Let me first start by saying that it was the least painful laser I have ever felt. They have this suction thing that is quick and painless. I am definitely saving up to go back for some more laser hair removal in other areas.

Throughout the years anyone they have hired has been top notch and very knowledgable with all services they provide.  Without question BTL Products will help you see huge progress towards your aesthetic goals, looks and how you feel physically. Check them out, you will not be disappointed. Also if you want some fine tuning, then ask about the cool sculpting, I did it and it was amazing.  There are a lot of places with these machines, but from my experience they can sell you everything but they do not follow through like DMH. If you aren’t getting the best machines and services on your body then you are not living your best life. GO TO DMH!!!!!!

I love this place! I didnt have a great experience at another cosmetic place, but coming here was the best decision! I recently had the Resurfacing (Resurfx) done and Ive never had such a glow to my face! The procedure was quick and easy! The staff at DMH were so nice, polite and really professional. I highly recommend DMH before anyone else! Im coming back for CoolSculpting this week! So excited!!

Im in love with all the procedures Ive had at DMH! I recently did the CoolSculpting to help freeze the fat in my lower abdomen. Unbelievable!! Great experience, no down time with amazing results!! You must try this!! I wanted to feel more confident and this really boosted my self esteem!Ive also done the Resurfx about 2 months ago! My skin has never been smoother and I even have a glow I never knew I had. I wasnt sure Id even be able to tell right away, I was completely wrong!! Its crazy how much glow you get after the first treatment! I cant wait to come back and do my next treatment.I highly recommend this office and the incredible staff. Had the non-invasive fat loss treatment CoolSculpting last year and the results have been really good, I have a lower body fat percentage, I havent had a chance to exercise but with diet alone Ive noticed that my trouble areas that I had treated are a lot smaller than theyve been before. Highly recommend this place. Classy and fun.

I love this place!From the moment I walked in, my experience was better than I expected. The decor is beautiful and the girl at the front desk was so friendly. I was really nervous and had a gazzilion questions and when she couldnt answer some of them, she brought one of the nurses out to meet me. The nurse was super attentive and explained everything patiently to me. I had my first Coolsculpting treatment. One of my girlfriends had a couple treatments a few months ago and the results were amazing! Im so excited for mine.I will definitely be going back!

Wow - where do I begin?! I LOVED my experience from start to finish at DMH Aesthetics! Right as you walk in the door youre greeted by the friendly staff and luxury decor. Filling out, paperwork, was a breeze. Unlike most cosmetic offices and spas DMH is living in the future! They use iPads & the process is painless & quick.Once I was in the room the IPL procedure was thoroughly explained, and my technician made sure to answer any questions I had. Personally, I wanted to get an IPL treatment to help with redness. The photo facial itself was a little tingly, but nothing bad. The technician was great at walking me through every step of the process and made sure I was comfortable at all times.Once we were finished she gave me detailed post-treatment instructions, and let me know that if I was experiencing any side effects to call them immediately for assistance. She then offered me toners, serums & SPF moisturizer to use on my face to protect it for the day.I greatly appreciate the team at DMH Aesthetics! They are so kind & knowledgeable. I highly recommend their services to anyone!

Not only do they provide an array of different treatments that use the best equipment in the market, but the staff are extremely knowledgable and friendly!I initially started going to DMH Aesthetics for laser hair removal and recently began Micro Needling and IPL Photofacial treatments. I was nervous about the procedures at first but Chelsi, the nurse who does my treatments helped calm my nerves with her gentle and skilled techniques. It also helps that she has a pleasant and easy going attitude. I had horrible acne in my teen years and have scars to prove it. I saw awesome results with my laser hair removal treatments and cant wait to see the results for my acne scars.

I had my first treatment at DMH about two weeks ago, and I couldnt be happier about the results!My main skin concerns are acne scars & hyper pigmentation and the occasional pimple that seems to always lead to more scarring. I know several people who swear by DMHs services and decided to give it a try. I wasnt sure which treatment to start with, but the super friendly staff was very helpful in answering all of my questions and suggesting the IPL Photofacial treatment.The IPL (intense pulsed light) facial basically uses different wavelengths of light to target cells in the deeper layers of skin to correct discoloration and skin damage (sun spots, rosacea, etc.). From what I understand, the light targets and destroys the bad cells, and your body clears them out form there. My technician, Odessa, was the sweetest thing and answered all of my questions! The treatment itself took less than fifteen minutes, and didnt hurt much. It kind of felt like little pinches at the center of each flash of light. The put a gel and little goggles on your face before they start. I had two pimples when I went in, and she used a different blue light to zap the bacteria in those specific areas.Immediately after the facial, like she told me, the two pimples formed into whiteheads, and within two days were gone (no popping required!) and left no scarring. The rest of my skin tone improved dramatically right after the treatment - it looked a lot smoother, and my mild rosacea on my cheeks had seemed to magically calm down.And a week later, my acne scars had lightened DRASTICALLY. I had been using a prescription strength retinoid for months before this, and never saw my scars lighten this much. (Disclaimer about retinol: youll have to stop using it two weeks prior to getting the IPL.) My skin still looks amazing now, and no acne thus far.Overall, a great experience with DMH from start to finish. The staff is helpful, not pushy, and the facial itself gave me even better results than I could have expected. DMH also has basically all of the procedures youd want if you dont want to go under the knife - Botox, Coolsculpting, Laser hair removal, and a slue of other facials. I will definitely be going back for another IPL in a couple weeks and probably try more of their services too!Side note: the location is great too - Larchmont is probably the best hidden gem in LA if youve never been, with a ton of coffee spots, restaurants, and shopping on the block.

I made an appointment for photofacial IPL treatment because I was concerned about my facial dark spots, sunspots, and blemished skin. It was my first time trying IPL treatment and I had a lot of questions regarding that procedure.I was greeted by a very nice front desk person and two technicians. One of the DMH technician walked me into the treatment room and asked me some questions. I asked her all of my questions too. She was very sweet about it, and patiently answered all of my questions. Then she prepared me to the procedure.IPL stands for Intense Pulsed Light, also known as photorejuvenation or the photofacial. Treatments can be fantastic for erasing mild sun damage, freckles, irregular pigmentation and light brown spots on the face, neck and chest.Before you book your IPL appointment, make sure you dont have a tan or even a fake tan! If you use Retin-A, you should stop it a week or two before your session to prevent extra sensitivity.Be prepared, because IPL hurts badly! Luckily it only takes about 15-20 min.DMH Spa was very clean. I felt welcomed and comfortable. I was very satisfied with the service and the treatment I got! I could see some results right after the treatment, and was told that Ill see more in a few days. Im excited to go to my next appointment!

I first went to DMH Aesthetics for CoolSculpting. I was nervous at first, as it seemed like one of those things that sounded to good to be true. My abdomen and legs have always been my problem areas. No matter how many times a week I hit the gym, or how clean I eat, fat never seemed to disappear in these problem areas. After two rounds of CoolSculpting, I finally have the body I have always wanted. My stomach is flat and my legs are incredible! I finally feel amazing in a bathing suit for the first time in my life.The procedure was completely pain free and quick, and best part no down time! The office is gorgeous and chic, with such a friendly and helpful staff. I now am doing Microneedling and IPL Photofacial for my ace scars and sun damage, and my skin has never looked better! I cannot suggest DMH Aesthetics enough. It is the best choice I have made in years!

Never got a follow up call and spent alot of money there with cool sculpting in many areas 2 x. Also bikini laser.

I am very English - as im light eyed and white skin! Today I had an IPL and a resurfX per My consultation and I felt NOTHING - no pain nor fright!!! Cassandra and the team were amazing!!! I was red, obviously, upon completion - however now 4 hours later already my redness has subsided, I bought the DMH PRODUCTS suggested and already my face is feeling cool and rejuvenated! Ill use my DMH Hyloronic tonight and so excited about how my skin will look on Monday!!! My experience at DMH WAS I wanna come back asap !! Thank you guys!! OBSESSED!! Xo

Whatever you do, do not go here. Read the negative reviews on Yelp and stay away. The place is also has extremely shady business practices.
