I have never had laser cutting services needed in the past until this year. I was a total newbie! Im so grateful I found Earthdrop Designs. The owner Scott is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to help me understand how laser cutting works in order to make my design more efficient in cutting/engraving and cost. Because he took the time to explain the process my experience was easy and not intimidating at all. The quality of work he has delivered has been excellent! Scott is a true craftsman who cares deeply about the work. He considers aesthetics and practicalities. He did a set of ship stairs for a loft space on my property. His consideration of materials, professionalism and artistry are all on display and when I walk into the room and see the stairs I am appreciative of how his work elevated the overall space.
