BEATRIZ is a wonder woman when it comes to dresses and whats right for YOUR BODY! To be honest I wasnt expecting much from Davids Bridal. Its a big chain, so I was really thinking I was just going to try on a couple of dresses and see what style i like… but I would purchase somewhere else. Well, I was wrong. Thank the lord I got paired up with Beatriz as my stylist. She let me try on a couple or dresses that I picked … and then I took my hands off the wheel, allowed her to run the show. She took a sharp left turn and BOOM!!! There I was standing in the dress, THE DRESS, dream come true wedding dress. I never thought I had the body for this style dress until I stood there in front of the mirror. I couldnt believe how good I felt. Beatriz as right there screaming excitement with me. The experience was everything you want a wedding dress moment to be.

Beatriz was extremely efficient and helpful when it came down on helping me finding my wedding dress. I am beyond than grateful to her and to the staff that provided assistance to me and my family. My experience at David’s Bridal on Pico and La Cienega was truly amazing. Thank you for this awesome time.

Buying a wedding dress is an important experience but alteration is just as important to feel comfortable and finalizing the details of your dress. I had an excellent experience with the alteration department at the 6151 West Pico Blvd. Los Angeles location. Irena Cabaravdic, Alterations Manager was very attentive, efficient and provided wonderful customer service experience. She quickly hemmed the length and pinned the sizing of my dress. I can visualize how it looks before the final product. I highly recommend this place.

After a nightmare experience with multiple dress purchases and issues over the last two years through COVID, they came to my rescue in the last minutes. The staff was wonderful, Armani got me scheduled on the same day two days in a row. Savannah was incredibly helpful as a stylist and voice when I needed some encouragement without overstepping or overselling me on something I didn’t want. The management was fantastic allowing me to purchase right off the rack to get altered and wear ASAP. Can’t say how grateful I am to everyone there.

It only took 3 try- ons, in one day less than an hour to find my dress. Pearl is no longer there but the last choice was the BEST choice. Maria and Cynthia did an amazing job altering my lovely dress and my husband complimented me well ❤️👰🏾🤵🏾 Thank you David Bridal!

Omg! Best wedding dress buying experience ever! Had previously bought a designer dress elsewhere but wasn’t satisfied. This David’s bridal got me my dream dress and altered in less than a month! My alterations with Irena and Nadia were AMAZING! Irena did the alterations in less than 4 days! My dress fit like it was essentially made just for me! Trust me do not go anywhere else!

The staff overall are pretty friendly. However, when my alterations were done and I was not happy with the shape around my hips, the seamstress was busy defending the work done on the dress instead of listening to my proposed suggestions if it would help fix it or not. Also, we were encouraged to make the initial fitting appointment closer to the Wedding Day. Now, we are in the last week before the wedding and I have a busy week ahead and will have to make sure I can get the changes back early enough in case I have to take it to my own tailor to fix.Addendum:This photo is what my own tailor took of the back of my dress. I should have had a picture taken of the front and right side pocket on the initial pick up on 7/16. If the video loads, its of what my tailor found at the seams of the dress that clearly looked like there was not care taken to make the adjustments even on both sides. However, I am happy that Davids Bridals customer service finally heard me and issued a refund. But, I stand with NOT recommending them for alterations. You would be a LOT better off taking it to someone who can do the initial fitting on you with the dress who can understand how make the alterations better in quality and appearance.

The staff was excellent, especially the gal whom helped my daughter try on a few beautiful bridal gowns. The selection was great.My daughter found the One! The dress and the accessories were beautiful.My daughter is going to look radiant on her wedding day!

Beatriz did a great job keeping us focused 😄 We had so much fun, but also felt a bit intimidated making a final decision. She helped us understand the order times and narrow down out favorites! Im so relieved to have found dresses at Davids Bridal, especially since all my bridesmaids live out of state and can go to their local store for fittings 💯

Love love love my experience with David’s Bridal my sister and I called last minute to book an appointment and they were able to squeeze us in. The customer service was one of a kind the girls were sweet and attentive to ones concerns and questions. They weren’t trying to just sell you a dress. They sold a one of a kind experience and truly gave us options galore to choose from. They were truly attentive to detail made us feel comfortable and welcome. Akia was our sells rep and we could not have asked for a better consultant such a lovely person to work with . Kenzie the manager went out of her way to assist my sister and I, thank you. Both these ladies made a situation that could have been stressful into a magical experience.

Paul was exceptional! I scheduled an appointment for a maid of honor selection. Paul helped to secure the dresses, the colors, and availability for the dresses I selected. And although I wasnt a bride, he went above and beyond to help me get into the dresses, organize them, and share with the actual bride. He was personable and really truly made me feel like the Belle of Ball. Thank you Paul and Davids Bridal for a seamless experience! They had a wide selection of clothing in VARIOUS SIZES which is amazing and not only that but also some amazing deals as well! Paul was the stylist that helped me out and he was very helpful and joyful and made the process very easy! The store manager and the front desk people were really kind too! I highly recommend this store!

Couldn’t have had a better experience! I wanted something simple and wasn’t sure I’d be able to find it. I completely let go and trusted my girl to lead the way. Beatriz was absolutely amazing, so good at her job. She figured out my style immediately and helped me find something perfect for my body type. I loved the belt and the veil she picked out as well. Of course I cried when I saw the final look. Cierra was also there for support and to offer tissues. I could never have done this on my own and I can’t wait to get to wear this beauty on my big day! Please give them a try, you won’t be disappointed. I’m so glad I gave in and booked an appointment with them. The whole process was 1 hour.

I got my wedding dress with Davids and once again, I returned to purchase my 5yr wedding anniversary outfit. They have everything you need! The dress, shoes, accessories, jewelry, veil... And the alterations department will take care of all your personalized needs. I was pregnant the first time and they altered it perfectly. This time, I have a beaded top that needs to be custom fit and they are fixing that too! Irena and Nadia and were so helpful today. This is my favorite destinations for all things weddings and parties!

I had Beatriz as my stylist and she was wonderful! I visited another Davids Bridal location before and my experience was drastically different thanks to Beatriz at this Pico location. She was very kind and gave a lot of helpful advice based on what I told her that I liked and had looked at before. I ended up getting my dress here on the day. She definitely made the experience very welcoming and easy!

My experience with Davids Bridal at LA Cienega Square was very pleasant. All the staffs were attentive and professional. As first time bride, I couldnt have expected anything more. I would also refer everyone to Irena Cabaravdic and KY Nadia for dress alterations. They were the best! My wedding dress fitted me perfectly and beautiful. 6 weeks ago, my boyfriend went in person to be fitted for a wedding where he is a groomsman. He was fitted by a trainee who was distracted by several managers, while he was there. The measurements taken by a trainee were incorrect, so he received the wrong size as well as the incorrect style pant. Since he purchased the suit, and over several emails, rather than just replace them with the correct pants, Customer Service told him to take it to a tailors. The tailor corrected the size but the style is still incorrect, so we are trying to see if the tailor can adjust this. In the meantime, we tried to order another pair of pants in the correct style and size as a back up. An in store employee suggested he order these online, but this is not an option in their website. So we called back and a sales rep may or may not have taken a correct order. Twice his record has not been updated with the correct size. Now, we are awaiting another email and we are running out of time. The wedding is now a week away and maybe hell have pants that fit? I would not suggest trusting this company with anything important. Its a bummer.

This was my first day trying on wedding dresses. I walked in and Paul greeted me and my family. He was already familiar with my style preferences and everything I had filled out online. He was so helpful, encouraging, and wonderful to work with. We also loved Cierra. Both of them were wonderful and helped me find my dress!! I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much!!

I just had my wedding dress fitting, which you can do conveniently right there at the store. Every step for their wedding dress process has been so easy and pleasant. They have you fill out some online profile stuff before your trying on appointment so they are ready with some dresses for you to try. Then for the alterations appointment I just came back to the store with the dress (helps to bring your wedding shoes and bustier and whatnot) and it went super smoothly. Everyone at the LA location has been super helpful and very nice. They really are very excited to plan your special day with you. It has been a wonderful experience. ( :Update: just came to pick up my alteration. Irena did an *amazing* job taking my dress in. They also cleaned the dress so it smells very nice. Ky was super helpful when my dress was getting fitted and also today for pickup. The dress fits perfectly I have had such a good experience with this whole process. Overall, a good experience. The store is much tidier than the Costa Mesa location and I loved that they had mirrors in the dressing rooms. The staff are all really friendly too. When I first came in for my appointment I provided dress numbers to the woman at the front (I’m thinking she may be a new employee). She told me none of the dresses were available in my size or color in store, which was to be expected. I was hoping she could help me pick out these dresses in a similar size or different color but had no luck with that at all. Despite being very sweet, she wasn’t the most helpful. After some back and forth I decided to forge out on my own without a person to help me. I basically picked out all the dresses on my own which was kind of frustrating because I didn’t know if the ones I was picking out came in the color I needed to get nor whether or not they would arrive on time for the event.Nonetheless, it ended well. Beatriz helped me and was very kind/informative/attentive. I was able to find a dress and place an order. Overall, a good visit! Would just recommend briefing new staff members on finding alternative sizes/colors or pairing those with appointments with an experienced staff member earlier on.

THE BEST! Monica was amazing, so patient and really understanding/greatly instructed me. The alteration department was also fabulous and I appreciated how detailed they were with all expenses and were open to ideas! Overall a great experience! $339 for two bridesmaids dresses (including alterations).

My experience with David’s Bridal was easy and amazing. Irena Cabaravdic, my alterations manager, was friendly and addressed all of my questions and concerns. My wedding was pushed back due to the pandemic and she was very accommodating. During my final dress fitting, I felt gorgeous. I have Ky and Maria to thank because they did an awesome job with all of the alterations. Lastly, I want to give a special thanks to Nadia for providing additional support and showing me extra love for such an exciting time in my life! If you would like your wedding to be a little less stressful, I definitely recommend checking out your local shop!

Irena and Cynthia were both incredible at my intake appointment. Excellent soft skills and very knowledgeable about tailoring an expensive gown. I came in with a snag on my dress and wanted to exchange it, but the dress was no longer available. Cynthia and Irene from alterations fixed the snag from the sequins on the arm and bodice quickly and even fitted me in for alterations on the same day! Irene was wonderful with my fitting!! Wonderful staff from beginning to end!

I first spoke with Nadia over the phone and she was very sympathetic to my needs. She assured me my dress would be ready on the scheduled day and she woould personally call me to let me know. When I arrived, she was very professional and helpful and attentive to my needs.

Our bridal consultant, the manager and the alterations expert made our visit wonderful. My bride-to-be actually left with a dress completely outside what she was picturing. So glad the consultant pulled it for her to try on with all the dresses she described that she wanted to try, even though it definitely was on the what she doesnt want list. The tears in her eyes as she walked out of the dressing room... PRICELESS!!! The consultant also got her to try a veil that she came in adamant she did NOT want. Once on, seeing the dress with it, she was so grateful to the consultant for getting her to try it on.I am grateful for her approach that broke through the walls my daughter came in with, and they were built strong and high! Even with the COVID restrictions, it was a very comfortable, exciting and emotional experience and afternoon.

I had a wonderful experience finding the right wedding dress for me. They listened to all my ideas, likes and dislikes, and then pulled out the magic one. It was incredible, and absolutely magical. I felt so supported and able to look for the right dress without any pressure. I feel like they all were so invested in helping me find the right one.... Had an outstanding experience at David’s Bridal today with Kaija. She was prompt and started the appointment on time. She gave us several options and was able to take care of others as well. Nadia and Irena were super helpful and knowledgeable when it came to my alterations. I was a little surprised by the price tag for the alterations, but when they explained that any additional alterations would be covered in the cost it was reasonable, especially since I know how challenging these things can be to get the fit right. My mother enjoyed her experience. She is 75 years old and needed a dress in the color of iris. The manager was a great help, not to mention her and her team was very pleasant. My mother was well pleased, she got the dress she wanted and the team helped her find the flats she needed.😉

Simple, quick, and easy every time.My first time there, it was easy to pick out a bridesmaids dress. I let them know which ones I had in mind, and even if it wasnt in my size, I wasnt there for more than 30 minutes before I picked something (my only delay was getting a response from the non-local bride). Just needed an extra 10 minutes to check out.I picked up the dress and they suggested that I try it on before leaving (even though I had an alterations appointment at a later date). I did but I was in a rush and didnt give it much thought. I tried it on at home and thought I might need a larger size (it puckered at my chest). So I returned to go over my options. They knowingly informed me that was cheaper to alter rather than buying a whole new dress and bringing it in. So highly recommended at this point to set aside 30 minutes to try on the dress once you receive it and to consult with the staff whether its better to change the size and if you ever reasonably can.For my alterations appointment, Nadia and Irena helped me out. (Keep in mind, that I came with the shoes I planned to wear with the dress and undergarments I might wear with the dress). I was a bit nervous, as I remembered loving the dress when I tried a size 12 and I wore clips in the back, but the my chest area was warped in a size 10 (and we talked about what my particular issues were with my dress). Nadia and Irena were ready to go to work if I needed it, but with their experience and the right heel size, I just needed some simple alterations and no shortening of the hem (I am 65 and had a 3 heel; so expect needing to hem your dress if your total height will be under 68-69). Considering I came in like a chicken with their head lopped off and left with it back on and mostly straightened, I would say the experience was a good one (Nadia is a sweetheart).Overall, my experience every time has been pretty painless. The staff know what they are doing, so I would say listen to and trust them. Theyll hear and take into consideration your issues, and theyll answer any questions you might have. If I have to do this again, Ill recommend to the bride to have us bridesmaids shop at Davids Bridal.

Very welcoming customer service. Very fare prices . I just wished you had more selection for mother of the bride dresses. Dresses that are more elegant for more higher end parties. Being close to Beverly Hills you can get lots of customers if you carry those dresses. Will ship there again.

From start to finish everyone at David’s Bridal was incredible. I was in a mad dash to find a dress. Went in on a Sunday as was able to have a dress selected, altered, and steamed by Thursday. Incredible. Way more professional and better service than a lot of the “fancier” shops at a fraction of the cost. Maria, Cynthia, Irena and Yasna in alterations were so great!! Thank you.

I come to Davis bridal just to look and the amazing person at the front greeted me and I asked her if I could try some dress she said if you give us a few minutes a styles would be with you Cynthia was so friendly and made felt at ease and was very helpful. I when home and looked at other store but that some night I come back because of the service I got and how everyone was so friendly Maria did my measurements and made my dress perfect. The ladies/workers were all welcoming. I went in to try on a bridesmaid dress for my sisters wedding. The individual that assisted me was very welcoming and made my feel comfortable. I like that she explained how long it takes to order the specific dress I tried on. Unfortunately, they didnt have the exact color of the dress that I wanted but the other colors did just fine. I still believe the attention and focus to my needs made the experience feel great.

My first day to get alterations on my dress (since the lockdown) and everything went wrong. I was running late and my uber wouldnt arrive making me 30 minutes late. I was able to get in contact with Davids Bridal and they were nice enough to still fit me in their schedule! Upon arrival I was met by Alexis who was super patient, sweet and welcoming. She lead me to the Alterations manager, Irena where she (not only helped me put on the dress) but professionally and quickly pinned me the way I wanted and in a way that would make me look best. The second day when I went to pick up the dress, I was greeted by everyone there in a nice and welcoming way. I was helped by Hilda and Nadia, whom also helped me put on my dress. (Its a wrap around and a bit complex.) These ladies were amazing and helped me feel comfortable being a bridesmaid!!!

The ladies that work here are super sweet and helpful. I’m a bridesmaid and the entire process to find a dress and get alterations was easy and fast. The alterations are bit pricey but the dress came out beautifully.

I don’t really do reviews but this time I just have to. I’ve been looking for a bridesmaid dress for awhile now and had no luck in finding a size 16 amethyst dress I love. I booked my appointment by calling the store and was given a time slot right away. On arrival I was greeted by Michael and his great energy. He introduced me to my amazing consultant Akia. The wedding is under a month away so It was hard to find a dress I loved that we could order in time. I freaked out a little but Akia was cool and calm. She suggested us checking out the amazing sale rack and it blew my mind. Let’s just say I left with a dress for the wedding, a back up, 2 other dresses for upcoming weddings and a pair of shoes all for under $200. Woohoo!! They had me dancing and having a good time. I’m so glad I went in. I would definitely give them a 10 star if the option was available. Great service, amazing energy, fabulous vibes, great prices and more. The alterations department was phenomenal. Fast and friendly plus they really know what they are doing. It was also pretty fun!! Cynthia and Irena were such a pleasure to work with.

Very limited plus size selection. I called ahead (three days in advance) to confirm bridesmaid dress options in my size would be available for my try on. They assured me that dresses would be available. When I arrived there was only one dress in my size. Instead the assistant tried to have my try on several dresses that were several sizes too small and it was completely unproductive and quite disheartening.

Maria, Cynthia and Nadia were lovely to work with. They helped me with showing my family my wedding address by holding up my laptop while I showed them on video. The entire experience was lovely and my alterations were perfect!

Mario was amazing. Im a plus size bride and he pulled all the dresses I found on the DB website. They did not have my size in all of them but he still went out of his way to find similar styles and the actual dresses just so that I can see the materials and what the dresses looked like. My grandma and mom were with me. He spoke Spanish which made them feel included in the process. By the end of the session Mario felt like one of my moms old friends or a fabulous tio who was helping me get ready for my big day.

Davids Bridal staff was fabulous and very accommodating. My friend and I are plus size galz and they had a variety of sizes that fit our shape. Monica who assisted us was so sweet and very helpful. I would highly recommend them for your Wedding experience.

I had the best experience at Davids Bridal on Pico in Los Angeles, CA. Beth, Sugar, and Irena were my angels when I came to the store with a dress that didnt fit me anymore. They were so helpful and warm. They helped me find a dress and work on the alterations. It made an stressful experience the best experience. I left the store feeling so happy and cant stop looking at the pictures of my wedding dress! Highly recommend Davids Bridal. Best customer service!

I came in for a fitting and wedding dress alterations. Irena was super helpful and very dedicated to making sure the end result was just as beautiful as the dress I originally fell in love with. Cant wait to see the end result.

This was a truly humiliating experience for my granddaughter. She is twelve and we made an appointment for a junior brides maid dress at Davids Bridal, partially because of COVID; and mostly because of its fine reputation for customer service. She tried on many dresses, only a few of which met our age criteria. When we made our selection it was based upon the fact that the saleswoman assured us that we could have the dress altered in three, rather straightforward ways. 1.) Raise the hemline. 2) Sew up the slit. 3.) Raise the shoulders/bodice. The dress was on sale, only $69. We purchased the dress and made an appointment for alternations. I was unable to go to the alterations appointment, so she went with her Nanny. The alterationist talked the nanny into $300 worth of alterations...over four times what we paid for the dress. My son was outraged and refused to pay it. The dress was not returned to us.

Im getting married in six weeks and just realized that when my heavy, constricting dress is ok when standing, it is very not-ok when sitting. So I went to Davids to get a reception dress. This was all new to me since I ordered my first dress online. Akia helped me and was fantastic! She listened to my concerns and picked out some options--both what I had selected earlier from their website and a couple that I wouldnt have considered. Of course, one that she picked was The One! Even better, it was on sale! The whole process was easy and fun. Thank you, Akia!!!

I ordered a bridesmaids dress here, everyone was so helpful. I didn’t realize it takes 3+ months to get a bridesmaids dress but we found the perfect color on a mannequin & got to work! When I was picking it up after altercations, a scheduling conflict came up and I called to pick it up a day early. It wasn’t quite done yet as it needed to be pressed, but they made an exception for me and rushed it to the front of the line! Such a great experience & the dress is perfect. I came in for an alterations appointment and it was a very fun and pleasant experience working with Nadia and Irena. They were clear in their communications with me on how the alterations process and pricing work, they took a careful look at my dress and pinned down the alterations measurements, and they also showed a lot of excitement for me throughout the entire appointment. It was a fun time and I’m satisfied with the services they provided.

Kaija was my stylist and Nadia was my alterations person. Both were really great to work with. Kaija was sweet, super patient and encouraged me to find a dress that I felt truly happy in. Nadia was meticulous, listened to my needs during my first alteration and displayed creative problem solving skills.

My eldest daughter and I came here to look for a suitable dress for her upcoming16th birthday. The associates were overall engaging, friendly, and professional. We honestly werent expecting to purchase because I anticipated high prices, but my daughter wanted the experience of trying on dresses to feel pretty. Not only was I able to buy a dress that she loves, she also has matching heels and a tiara.

Had the most beautiful experience with manager Jamie! So kind and very helpful!!Had a horrible experience with a different manager the day before, didn’t get her name, but she refused service to me when the store was nearly empty with multiple employees and the people with appointments were not in the store yet.Jamie definitely made up for the bad experience I had. Even with her being one of the only employees in the store with multiple appointments, including mine, she helped me out while helping others.

You must make an appointment to try dresses on. When I called them, they told me I can shop around. When you go for any shopping (especially dresses), would you try them on or just looking at them? So I went in, but they didnt let me try any dresses. People working there were rude. I instead went to another David bridal shops. I rather drive further than dealing with rude staff especially when shopping for your wedding dresses.

Had a great experience trying on bridesmaid dresses. My stylist was very friendly and helpful, Khadija. All staff was super nice and made the whole process easy.

Everyone was amazing. If I could give this location 10 stars I would. Quick easy and very friendly helpful staff. Shout out to Janiel for her expertise on listening to what you are looking for and providing it before you leave. The tailor was very friendly which made me have confidence in the decisions I made. Nia gave an warm welcome once we entered thestore. The entire staff made finding a bridal gown a non stress exciting memory. I will never forget this amazing experience. Thank you once again

I ‘m glad I went to David’s Bridal ... Beatriz gave me excellent service, she was warm and genuine. The rest of the team was also professional. I got a very high quality dress at discount, but the alterations are quite pricey, but trust they will do a great job. Overall great experience... I’m glad I don’t have to shop for a dress anymore!

I recently came in for an alteration on a bridesmaid dress and I was so happy with the whole experience. Cynthia and Irena were both fantastic to work with - they were quick, friendly, and professional. I also appreciated that everyone wore masks. I felt safe the whole time I was in the store.

Great experience! The employees here do a really good job multitasking and helping every client. I saw two employees dealing with a very difficult client and I thought they did a good job explaining to the client why the client’s impossible demands we’re not available at the store.

Irena and Cynthia were super helpful and made the right adjustments so that my dress fit perfectly. They really pay attention to detail and give great recommendations when you’re unsure. Can’t wait for my big day! Thank you both

The staff was so helpful and accommodating. They let me try on dresses, brought dresses when I wanted some details that were different, and finally brought out the sewer to see if alterations I wanted were possible. Thank you Janiel and the other staff so much - I felt very happy. When one staff member was helping another bridal party, other staff would check in while we pondered about a dress.
