Very unfortunate experience, that frankly put us off agencies for a while. They apply terrible, cookie-cutter methods, their teams actually make gross technical errors in setting up campaigns which end up costing you thousands of dollars, they throw very junior and inexperienced resources at your account, their creative teams blow through deadlines - just every nightmare you can think of. We wasted a lot of money, and precious time, with this agency and they grossly, grossly under-delivered on every projection from ROAS to traffic to every other goal.

Long-time client looking up the address as Im heading to their office in a few weeks, and noticed that theres room here for a review. So, Im in! Have been a M6 client for well over a year now, and at this point they manage about 90% of our paid marketing - and have scaled our spend by over 10x with no loss in ROAS. Sounds too good to be true, but ... well, it is. Our marketing approach pre-M6 was scattershot - influencers, PR, etc but now its pretty much just nailing the playbook (SEM, paid social) and couplling it with strong content.
