Sadly, the company that owns this building (Bevery Hills Properties) and every other building with those blue/yellow flags is illegally holding money from every tenants security deposit. My apartment was left impeccably clean and throughout my stay I was very careful to make sure it stayed clean. When I moved out I was charged so much for cleaning fees and when asked, I was told this was done to every tenant regardless of the state of the apartment.They are evading millions of dollars (they over a hundred buildings and like I said, this is done to every tenant) from their responsibility to clean the units from regular wear and tear and passing it on to the tenants. I will probably have to settle this in Small Claims since they refuse to refund those fees.Aside from that, Sue and Vanessa (the property managers) are amazing.

Please, do NOT move here! There are no reviews on this apartment complex and I wish there would have been before I wasted a year of my life here. Ill keep it short and sweet. RUDE landlady. LOUD neighbors who swear at you if you politely ask them to keep it down. Nice maintenance man. OK security- they wont really solve the problems you have though. Fire alarms pulled by drunk people who are allowed to remain in the building. Leasing agreement is a JOKE and NO ONE is held accountable. Weed permeates the windowless hallways, crazy crack heads roam around the floors at night, people find their way into the halls and try to sleep there, people shouting threatening to kill themselves- all this I saw and heard while just walking from the elevator to my own door! Absolutely awful and unsafe feeling. Infestation of BEES first day I moved in COMING OUT OF MY OVEN VENT. Lasted for a week. Random bees in my apartment. Charged for new carpet upon moving out EVERYWHERE even where it DID NOT NEED IT because I had a pet who, mind you, NEVER SET FOOT IN HALF OF THE HOUSE AND I WAS CHARGED $850 FOR NEW CARPET THERE ANYWAY.The MAIN reason I moved out though? The straw that finally did it for me? When my lovely new neighbors moved in, I was greeted to loud, blaring rap music. Their living room connected to my bedroom wall. When I tried to explain to them I could hear everything and I could not sleep because they played it at all hours of the night, I was very rudely asked, Oh, would you like it better if it was rock music? WOW! Could you image if this was reversed and a white person asked a black person, Would you like my music better if it was rap? How unbelievably rude and racist. I was disgusted. I was sworn at, had F*** said many times to my face all while the land lady watched, and took the mans side. I was sworn at through my bedroom wall after I knocked very politely on another occasion for them to keep it down: Dont you F ing knock on my F ing wall!!!! Was what I was greeted with! When the land lady was briefed on this misconduct and showed the leasing agreement that showed this was cause for eviction, she said, and I quote, What do you want me to do, put duct tape over his mouth?SO! Unless you want a C*** for a land lady who doesnt give a flying F about your safety or RIGHTS AS ANOTHER HUMAN BEING to live in a safe, quiet house, dont give your hard earned money to her shady operation. Absolutely the worst human being Ive ever had the displeasure of coming face to face with.Trust me, that IS the short version of the horrors I faced here. Holy hell. Dantes deepest circle of hell, FRAUD, aptly reflected!

There are roaches in bldg. 3 units on 3d floor left because they were infected with bed bugs. Hot water doesn’t work, lukewarm and if you use the sink at the same time it gets ice cold. Dogs are always off leashes .Russian prostitues on each floor
