Ive hosted a few events for residents at this property, and its always been a great experience. The facilities are impressive and well kept, the staff is very kind and welcoming, they seem to host a variety of activities at each location, and the tenants all seem to enjoy living and socializing with each other. Certainly a worthwhile facility to check out if this is a type of living environment you are considering.

It is an AMAZING place! Full of great benefits and great people! There are fun activities and the pods are super comfy! Everything has this beautiful and unique aesthetic that makes you want to be around! Love it and definitely recommend if you are looking for a great vibe!

I’ve been here at EDDY for the past 3 months after living with another co living community for 2 months prior and let me tell you I couldn’t be happier here! First of all, the place is brand new and has all the touches and amenities of a brand new luxury apartment community and then some. They’ve hired a professional, IG verified interior designer who has done a great job making this place feel like home.The staff, Michael and Marissa, are simply amazing and they listen to your suggestions and they host group outings and weekly events. I know that the idea of living with 17 other people in one home can sound daunting, but let me tell you that the general consensus is that it does not seem like that many people live here. They are also highly selective with who they accept into the community and thus far everyone vibes really well with each other.This is such a great space for people wanting a sense of community, building relationships and networks, while establishing themselves in LA. With the outdoor area out back, the media room, the office space, and the gym, there is plenty of space for everyone to not feel crowded. I’m out here chasing my dreams and living at EDDY makes it all possible with an affordable level of comfortability and luxury that I’m used to and expect for myself.

Moving into Eddy was one of the best decisions I made. When COVID happened the idea of living in a communal space was hard to wrap my head around, but Eddy truly has made this living situation great. Alongside the cleanliness and sanitation that has been kept, it has been a blessing that I can do my laundry, go to the gym and work from home in the office and not have to leave the property.Above all of that, the events and community building we do here is great. Its been amazing to connect with many like minded folks in a new city.I would suggest Eddy over and over again to folks!

One of most unique living experiences I ever had in LA! Was a little apprehensive moving here in the beginning bc it’s a totally diff living concept. But bc of my shift in career I decided to move to a space that gave me to freedom to save financially as well as surround myself with other passionate, open minded individuals. Of course not everything was always perfect. There’s always going to be maintenience problems etc. but Michael (manager) is always so quick to respond to these issues!I’ve met my best friends while living here but unfortunately moved out recently bc my businesses is prospering and needed my own space to help it prosper.Definitely a place I would recommend to my friends who are new to LA and need a safe yet accommodating space to stay short or long term.

I Lived at the Eddy for 5 months and had a great experience. I met some great people that I feel are life long friends. I lived there during the height of the Coronavirus and Michael S was attentive to the needs of the residents. I would live there again and recommend this place to anyone looking for a place either short or long term.

Eddy is a wonderful space to live and create. The management is beyond amazing, caring and proactive. The property is beautiful and the people they chose to welcome in the community are amazing and open as well. The Eddy community is very supportive and friendly and welcoming. Everyone here supports each other and is there for everyone. I am so happy to call this my home away from home! Im so in love with everything about Eddy! The living and working spaces (that you never have to worry about cleaning!), the creativity and ambition of everyone here, the crazy cool events every week, and the central location all make this place top notch! The folks at Eddy have it figured out. Affordable, amenity-filled co-living complete with gym, recording studio, screening room, office space, storage/laundry and curated events for its members. Hikes, yoga, pilates, cooking class, valentines day shindigs, and many others. The company prides itself on the community it creates for its members who are often, actors, musicians, photographers (like myself), as well as other creatives who are trying to sustain and build their career in LA. The management has been outstanding especially Michael and Marissa. The living spaces themselves are professionally cleaned daily, and are filled with every type of cooking utensil or pan that you could think of. The central air makes the apartment comfortable as well as some well designed furniture and interiors. ALL are utilities are included as well as toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and towels and linens which are washed for you. Whats especially cool is that all entrances and even bedrooms are unlocked by smart phones.I wish when I was going to college or just moving to LA that this place existed. Sure there are other co-living houses, hostels, etc, but Eddy really takes things to a new level and a higher standard. I highly recommend it.

In a time where scams come at such low prices, this places is almost better than it seems! Ive lived here for more than a month and have enjoyed every moment! The units are brand-new and the amenities are top-notch. The space Im in has a gym, theater room, office space, weekly yoga in the courtyard and other community events. Most importantly, the guys in my unit are quite ambitious about what theyre pursuing, so Im constantly around people who are doing something and going somewhere; a prime ingredient in the recipe for success!! Despite my initial reservations of co-living, Eddy has blown me away with how practical and life-giving co-living can be! Def recommend!!

Living at eddy has given me the opportunity to live in LA in a prime location without going broke. we have daily activities that are free to join, full access to the gym, music studio, and office (with macbooks!), housekeeping, laundry services, and a HUGE kitchen to name a few :) living at eddy has been a blessing and the only thing i wish i could change is that i moved here earlier!

My experience with Eddy has been amazing since the very first contact. Moving from the other side of the world to Los Angeles was something I was very afraid of doing, but Eddy made it so much easier! First of all, I had the possibility of doing a virtual tour of the house through FaceTime and it was very helpful! When I arrived I felt like I was home! This place is an incredible value! Ive never had my expectations exceeded more than this! For under $1000/month you practically get to live in a mansion. Interior design is on point. Not to mention the amenities; Everything from office space, to laundry, to gym to theatre/media room, to a full sized kitchen and showers and your own locker. Eddy.co is the future of affordable housing. Also a huge bonus is that the people you live with are creative and ambitious go getters (everything from actors, producers, directors, comedians etc) so its a great place to collaborate and make cool friends.The pod that you sleep in is quite comfortable and spacious (much better than a standard bunk bed) it even has has USB capable outlets, privacy curtains and even a fan!Management is super friendly and helpful, you never feel like anyone is breathing down your neck. Theyve really thought everything through without cutting any corners and it shows.If you are in the creative field and looking for affordable housing thats central to Hollywood, look no further than Eddy! You will be blown away by the high standard that Eddy has set and in LA this is a steal!

Eddy is a great place, as it is a very complete Coliving. I was looking to rent a place to spend time in Los Angeles and without a doubt it was an excellent option, due to all the services that it includes (Gimasio, coworking, roofgarden) as well as its entire community. It is definitely a place that I will continue to take as an option for my trips to Los Angeles.Eddy is a great place to stay, since it is a very complete Coliving.
