That Manager Rudy T was one of the Best, quick in and out like clockwork.
Take a star off for intentionally not offering restroom for customers, Wi-Fi and power outlets reachable by customers as consumer does expect business establishments offer free Wi-Fi and power outlets since smartphone became indispensable.Moreover, they are usually short-handed. Consequently, the wait time is absolutely unbearable.Furthermore, they do not accept cash as a form of payment!
Wait times are awful, employees are unpleasant. Warehouse waiting is filthy.
If i could give them negative stars i would. Swissport in LAX is the WORST company I have EVER worked with! I cannot believe how unreliable and rude the employees are. They messed up on the charges due and even though I took the time to explain to James (swissport employee) that the charges he was giving me I believed were inaccurate he insisted they were right. Needless to say he was WRONG!!!! They had the audacity to call me and demand more money which in turn costs me money of an attempted recovery and the waste of a check. They are not in our approved venders list on Paycargo so had to pay with a check. The money that was owed was an ADDITIONAL $230.00!!!! NOW WE WILL HAVE TO SEND THE DRIVER BACK TO RECOVER ON MONDAY DUE TO THEIR NEGLAGANCE AND THEY ARE DEMANDING AN ADDITIONAL $390.00 IN STORAGE SO A TOTAL OF $620.00 DUE TO THEIR SCREW UP!
Worst service possible! Prepare for days pf waiting for your cargo to be released, and then hours of waiting in their office to pick it up! Also, there is a $60 handling fee, and $50 for storage if you are late!!!
They got a bad service, the guy in the front desk has a bad attitude (today Nov 23, 2018) he was rude when we ask about the service. I take more than 2 hours to drop off a case.
Swissport - A disgrace to the Airline industey
All I can say is the person in charge of Swissport either does not care about the business or is a complete moron. Typical recovery time for cargo is an average of 4-5 hours. The employees are rude, slow, and make it obvious at every chance they do not care about you or your cargo
