Had to use Mercury Cargo services through Airpets as I shipped my pets from London to Los Angeles. Terrible environment. Treats the animals as regular freight shipments. Prior to the travel, I was told by email to come get the paperwork at 1930 and when I did so they told me to come back at 2100 as it was not ready. Additionally, no one explained to me that I had to sign up to get in line.Pets are NOT kept in a climate controlled room and they are left on wooden palettes in the middle of forklift machine moving freight around.The great reputation Airpets has might be because they often take care of the entire trip, which means pets owners get their pets at their door and so they dont see this. Airpets employees are very nice and professional, however allowing such situation at destination is something I do not understand.My pets peed themselves and were in shock.

Either they are understaffed or incompetent or their process is so inefficient.On Aug 31 I went to clear and pick up my cargo from this location. Arrived at 1.30pm and didn’t leave with my cargo until almost 5 hours later!Whenever you ask them for update they say they are busy and just to wait until we are called.The first time I went it took over 2 hours so it seems to be getting worse!Pathetic service...avoid using them if you can unless you have all the time in the world to sit and wait outside their office.But if they are the handling agent for the airline you used to bring in your cargo you’re outta luck!

I’ve been sitting here for almost an hour. I’m watching two workers sit eat and talk. One guy got called before others because the worker knows him. Poor customer service. No one to ask a question. This waiting area is full of people. Very slow service

The worst service ever!I was lied to about stage charges the service is crap the woman I spoke to was rude and being a first time customer no one was willing to help with explaining their pick up process.
