The worker front desk is cute woah my heart was beating while he did my live scan . Good customer service.

This is a highly unprofessional store. I filled out the live scan form which included my social security number and handed him my id. Another customer came in and he asked to attend to her first since she was here previously. Do you know the clerk left my info on the table for this other customer to see. I have no idea if she wrote down my social security number or not. When I brought it up to him he doesn’t apologize but responds with “she’s a trustworthy customer”!!! Who cares?? I don’t know you or her. If my information gets lost I’ll be comi bf back her with legal aide

Great place to ship send received and purchase allOf your shipping needs. Jason is ready to help and have very great customer service. Best prices in the area. Also, the AC unit here makes life easy with the heat.

The guy attending the mail call location on Melrose is quick to sort out through the mail and find the expected package or envelope. When it comes to UPS please make sure that UPS has delivered the package at the location for UPS sometimes just lists the locations but the packages have not arrived at the listed locations which can create some type of conflict. And most likely the same thing applies to FEDEX.

Excellent customer service!I didnt use any of their services or even buy anything but I still got awesome customer service. I was a few blocks away on my computer having trouble with my FedEx shipping account. Looking for help I walked in and told Jason about my issues. He logged on to my account and went through the process with me to make sure it was working properly. Then i brought in my laptop and he went through the process with me again using his WiFi connection. Turns out it was an oversight on my part. I was thoroughly impressed with his level of customer service. He gave me a few tips that ended up saving me time and money while shipping through my own account. Helping me didnt provide an immediate benefit to his business yet he still took the time to help. Dont see this too often in LA. There are other shipping/mail stations closer to my place but Mail Call has earned my business for sure. I definitely recommend this business.

Came here for LiveScan. Quick and easy and they get the job done. I am giving them a 3 Star for costumer service. Jason was not very warm and often times come off rude and disrespectful. I am giving him the benefit of the doubt and say maybe he was having a bad day but I will not be returning here for any more services.

Counter person has an attitude that looks like he does t want to be there. Jason was not personable it felt like I was bothering g him instead of being understanding of my new to town address situation.
